I wasn’t sure about the pads, but they’re easily adjustable and don’t just wad up. I’d say it’s pretty true to size as well. I only got one just to try it out, most def will be ordering more. Very comfortable
I started out with just buying 1 bra, to see how they fit and how comfortable they were. The very next day I went and got the 4pk. These are very comfortable. Offers decent support, and they don’t give you a uniboob.

Comfortable Supportive Sports Bra for All Sizes
The perfect sports bra in my opinion, as a plus size woman. I have purchased two different colors already and I plan to buy a third. They are very comfortable and over the course of the day the comfort level stays the same. They give great support while not being constricting. I live in Florida and with our heat here you need lots of options for the summer. These are a 10/10 for me!
