Awful product
The product though meant to keep food hot but it does not keep food even warm for 15 minutes. The description is very good but the product usage only left me disappointed. It is like any ordinary steel container but not at all a casserole. Such realities one gets to know only after using it. It should be replaced or taken back. Thanks
