Good Quality
Excellent Blades and i am very fussy with quality of blades. I have now bought 8 or 10 and it is fast becoming my go to gift for friends who always seem to have lousy knives when i am in their kitchens. Extremely sharp and so far holding edge well.

Initial impressions are favourable. The blade is rigid and very sharp right out of the packaging. Note that the handle is quite large, fine for big hands but some users might find it unwieldy
