Highly recommended
This product delivers exceptional value and performance. The wide top opening is a standout feature—it easily accommodates a generous amount of fruit, making prep fast and effortless. The build quality is impressive as well; it feels durable, sturdy, and designed for long-term use. Cleaning and reassembly are straightforward, which is something I always look for in kitchen tools. After multiple uses, it still looks and functions like new. I originally purchased this based on another customer’s recommendation, and I can confidently say that advice was spot on. The combination of quality, usability, and price makes this an excellent buy. I’m genuinely impressed and would recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent product
I am jucing for over 10 yrs, I used Jack Lalanne juicer before, but unfortunately the part that broke is not available any longer, so I decided to give Breville Juice Fountain a try and I am very happy I did, easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. I use celery, parsley, kale, spinach, beet, cabbage, ginger, carrots, green apples etc. - this juicer handles all of them. :)

Very satisfied.
I'm very happy with this juicer. It's powerful, fast, and very easy to use. It extracts juice efficiently, leaving the pulp almost dry, which shows its excellent performance. It's also easy to clean and has a sturdy, high-quality design. It has definitely been a great purchase, and I highly recommend it.

Waited a few weeks to rate this so could be REALISTIC
Some friends got a juicer and raved about it...so I jumped on the bandwagon. Because I can't do anything simply or quickly, I spent hours researching juicers and types and brands before deciding on this one. Here's why I settled on this one, in case this helps others getting started on juice craze: - Brand. Breville is a reputable brand. Not the greatest warranty, but a quality product according to my friends who've had theirs for YEARS. - Price. I wasn't sure I was REALLY going to commit to the juicing lifestyle so didn't want to spend a lot of money on a fancy machine that just might end up taking counter space, then pantry space, etc. - Size. See counter space comment. Friends who have bought bigger juicers complain about the size. They wish they had a "smaller" one like mine. Plus I only have 2 mouths who drink in my house... me and my teenage son. - Quality. If you're going centrifugal, then this juicer ranks at the top (not the very top, but for size and type, it's good). - Ease of use. Minimal cutting of veges required, big chunks will fit down the chute, it's quick, convenient, min hassle. Now for the meat of the review...my experience with this juicer. First, I LOVE LOVE LOVE juicing. My son loves it, which makes me a do a happy dance every time he drinks his veges with nothing more than an APPLE to sweeten them. He LOVES...he BEGS me!...to make juice. And I'm juicing carrots, cauliflower, chard, kale, sweet potato, beets, celery, cukes...with apple, lemon & ginger as spice & sweeteners. I usually throw in some other fruits...mango, blueberries, kiwis, pears, starfruit, and my favorite: persimmons! (For a sugar rush, juice mango, pineapple, & kiwi then mix with a banana in blender...makes soda seem like seltzer!) Second, it's easy to assemble and clean. (NOTE: I broke a piece of plastic off when first putting it together - just be careful and don't force any parts. I was able to superglue it back one but thank goodness it wasn't a critical piece.) Cleaning takes about 5 minutes, thanks to scrubbing the filter free of debris. Third, centrifugal is the way to go for those who aren't huge vege or fruit fans and just want something relatively easy to substitute for raw produce. Now all that being said....while I think this juicer is great and am very glad I got it as my introduction to juicing, I am now saving for a Vitamix. Having done more research on the concept of juicing and the importance of fresh raw foods, and seeing how much extraneous food/fiber/pulp is wasted (although I compost it), I'm realizing how much "good stuff" is being tossed. Sure, I can't stand veges it so they'd just go bad in my fridge if I bought them to eat/cook, so the centrifugal juicer has brought me one step closer to a healthier lifestyle, but surely the happy medium is nearer to pulp and not such much liquid...? For example, while the Breville will juice kale, chard & spinach (just mash it down with something hard like an apple or sweet potato), it shreds and discards more than it juices. And I want something now that can handle REALLY hard substances like coconut and almonds... Anyway, based on what this juicer is and does, it's awesome - again, thrilled I got it. And like everyone says, if you're new to juicing and not sure you'll stick with it and want minimum hassle/ease of use, GET THIS ONE! But if you're serious about a healthier lifestyle and can afford the investment, go with either a high quality masticating juicer or a Vitamix so you can get more output from your healthy input. :)

Best Bang For My Buck
So I had a weight problem and was super serious this year about getting rid of the extra pounds. I saw the documentary fat, sick, and nearly dead, and was intrigued. I have the will power to resist food for a certain length of time so I figured I try juicing. I decided I am going to go cold turkey and just jump right in. First thing first, I needed a juicer. I wanted to not spend a ton, but wanted something that would be good and last me. After a lot of research I narrowed it down to two juicers. This one and another juicer by the same brand, but for $100. After finding out this was the juicer in the documentary I made the jump. I been juicing for almost 4 weeks now, with one cheat day a week. This juicer has been awesome in my adventure to change around my lifestyle. It will juice anything I throw at it, and very well too. I have tried just about every juicing recipe you can think off and this has done it like a champ. I use this twice a week cause I juice a few pitchers of juice and they last me 3 days on average. That saves me a lot of time during the week, and the juice still tastes good even after a few days. Also the only thing I consider a chore on this thing is the cleaning part, but even that only takes me about 5 minutes, its dissembles into 3 parts and is pretty easy to clean. The grater/juicing blade with the cleaning brush they give you cleans pretty well. Overall this is a great juicer, I don't think for the money it can be beat. I am just finishing week 3, and I already lost 25 pounds. I started working out at the end of week 2, where I am working out 3 times a week where I walk/run/elliptical for about 5 miles. I am a younger person so my body can take it. I am starting to eat healthy too, I actually am starting to enjoy the taste of veggies and greens a lot more then I did before that. Even on my cheat days I am starting to eat a lot healthier then I was in the past. So if your on the fence about getting this juicer, don't be just get it and you wont regret it. Also it helps when family members start drinking a juice or two a day cause it gets the whole family involved. I make fruit based, veggie/fruit, and only veggie juices. That gives everyone in the family options.

Powerful juicer…
After much research I finally decided on this juicer. One factor for that is the powerful motor. It is an 850W while most others in the same price range were 350W. Another is the affordability of the model. I was not going to spend hundreds on one of these things so when I saw the powerful motor on this one for around $115, I jumped at it. Some pros for this one are 1) It is powerful and chews through fruits and veggies easily. However, to preserve the life of the machine, I never toss in whole fruits or veggies and I carefully chop into pieces and remove any rinds or stems prior to juicing. 2) It is pretty easy to clean. It took me a minute to figure out how to put it together, but once I did it was a piece of cake. You can disassemble and reassemble quickly. And the pieces wash easily and well. 3) It literally extracts almost every drop of juice from the produce. It left only mostly dry, fibrous pulp which I use for compost. The only two things that I could list as negatives are 1) splatter. While loading the food chute with produce, you must move quickly to cover the opening with the food pusher or you may get a decent spray of splatter from the power of the motor slinging and chopping the produce. It is a centrifugal design and as such it slings the produce with great force. 2) It is fairly sizable and awkward so storage may be an issue for some people. Otherwise, I think it is a great juicer that delivers exactly what it promises for a great price. I would recommend also getting a good juicing book for beginners which can be a time saver and recommend great and tasty combinations. I bought the one seen in the picture beside the juice for about $6.50. It has been very helpful. I am loving this juicer so far but if anything should change I will modify this information. Good luck!

does a very good job producing excellent juices
My family has owned an ACME juicer for some 40 years that we have used a LOT. After literally decades of hard use, this very solid machine has showed no signs of even slowing down and to this day, does a very good job producing excellent juices. In fact, it is such a good machine that the juicer market still offers this exact model, albeit under a different name, and parts are easily available as well. But when I watched the “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” movie, I knew exactly what I was going to do to get my weight problem under control. Following the guidelines in the movie, I quickly found myself outstripping the capabilities of my old trusty ACME simply because “rebooting” involves a heck of a lot of juice every day! The ACME does not separate the pulp. Rather, the basket gets filled pretty quickly and this requires taking the machine apart to clean if/when I want to keep on juicing. Anytime I have pushed my luck on the cleaning, pulp would pile up on one side of the basket. The ACME would spin off balance and start doing a dance across the counter tops. WOW, what an adventure that was the first couple of times! LOL. But there are many offerings in the juicer market and, beyond my old ACME, I didn’t know one juicer from another. So I went back and watched the documentary again to see what Joe Cook was using and then, of course, I found that very juicer here on Amazon. I have now used this new juicer several times every day since it arrived and I love it! I have learned a lot about juicers and had my old ACME as a benchmark with which to make comparisons. The first thing that I learned is that there is no such thing as the perfect juicing machine and just the nature of juicing places high demands on any juicer, regardless of design. This machine claims to separate the pulp from the juice – put the juice in one container and the pulp in another. If you really think about how a machine is supposed to handle this task, you’ll realize that this is really asking a lot. Thus, there was a learning curve and I found that to be rather frustrating at first. I had to learn to assemble and disassemble the machine correctly. If I got it wrong, either pulp or juice or BOTH, would get flung all over the kitchen, all over the front of my shirt and who knows where else. This at first made me really angry at the machine but then I slowed down and decided I should learn just how it’s supposed to go together. I figured it out and had no more problems. Unlike my dancing ACME, this unit’s basket doesn’t get thrown out of balance because the pulp gets expelled as the machine works… up to a point. Any machine is going to have a limit on how much it can digest before cleaning is required. With this machine, the top is clear plastic and I can see the pulp building up. But there is also a warning light that turns on when the machine needs to tell me that it’s had enough. That is a very cool feature. The Breville holds a lot more pulp and will go a lot longer before it needs to be cleaned. Then, when it is time to clean, it cleans up far faster and easier than my old ACME. The pitcher has a slot on the side that is designed to dovetail into the discharge spout on the side of the juicer. While it holds far more juice than my ACME, it is still rather easy to overfill the pitcher and have juice spill all over the cabinet. Ok, so this simply meant that I needed to practice and get to know the machine. I would suggest that, until any operator of any juicer gets to know his/her machine, a supply of towels and cleaning supplies should be kept close at hand. The intake chute is much wider than my ACME’s and this really cuts down on the amount of chopping and cutting I have to do to prepare fruits and veggies for juicing. But, like other aspects of juicing, there is still a limit. I often find that I have to still cut up large apples, for example. On one occasion, I dropped a piece of an apple only to have it bounce back up and out of the machine and fly across the kitchen. LOL, once again this is a great adventure! Ok, having said all of this, it’s still just an absolutely superb machine and really offers a lot for the money. And BTW, I have lost 60 pounds and am showing no signs of slowing down. Only a 125 pounds to go.

Juice So Good! Makes you Wanna Shout
Pleased with the price. Pleased with the product but overall and most importantly, I am pleased with the functionality of the Juice fountain. It was extremely easy to use and clean. The container was large enough to collect the waste without having to constantly remove it. The pitcher was large enough to capture the juice as it came out the juicer. Very minimal clean-up of the fruit products. There was a little froth from the juicing but I used a spoon to glide over the top of the juice. Overall it is a GREAT product with a GREAT price for my purpose in purchasing it. Thank you Amazon for offering this amazing juicer for a good price.

Excellent Product!!!
Excellent experience. Amazing product. Everything as described. Loving it. Update 2016: Still going strong after almost 2 years of very frequent use. This product is amazing it juices everything that it is supposed to!! My wife and I have tried numerous combinations of fruits and vegetables and have loved them all. It gets your creative juices flowing. :) It is a great means of obtaining (natural) energy!! (great for people on a diet). No cracks or fading, the components still look brand new. It is easy to clean by hand (brush is provided); takes less than 5 minutes. It is very easy to assemble and dissemble. The suction cups at the bottom provide a good strong grip to the surface and makes it sturdy and keeps the juicer from wiggling during juicing. The input (mouth) of the juicer is quite wide and makes it easier to juice large fruits/vegetables without cutting them into very small pieces. I insert a compostable bag (which the juicer easily accommodates - no spills or leakage) in the pulp dispensing bucket before juicing which makes it easier to throw away the pulp. It also keeps the bucket clean. Once you start juicing all the big brand name juices don't taste as good. This is a great way of getting kids to drink healthy and to get off all the added sugar drinks/juices. Stay thirsty my friends! Definitely recommend this product.

Buen producto

Worthwhile !!
Great juicer. Divides pulp and juice. Not crazy easy to clean, but they never really are. Doesn't handle ginger well. Use a small blender and a sieve for that instead. A bit awkward to load since it wants to be running before being loaded, but manageable with practice. All in all, definitely worth the money.

A good addition to the kitchen
I have only been using this for just over a month and I am not certain yet if I am really enjoying the machine or if I just missed having a juicer so much that having a new one feels like the greatest gift I have given myself. First, it is a good machine: my old machine was much more industrial and was very heavy and sturdy while this machine is extremely lightweight and far easier to clean. In fairness to my old machine, it was purchased so long ago and things have change. The lightweight aspect of the Breville is one of the reasons I hesitated to purchase it, when you are used to a more industrial machine there might be a slight bias against anything else for fear that there wouldn’t be enough power to consistently process things like beets everyday but, thus far, the Breville has powered through near daily use for two people without a hiccup. I was also hesitant because of my fears that this type of machine would overheat the nutrients rendering them nonexistent but I did my due diligence and did some research and the Jet factor seems to be minimal for the most part. The juice produced has also never been noticeable warmed that the temperature of the fruit at introduction. And, the Breville is shockingly quick to clean. Won’t lie, I still complain about cleaning it but it does not take long and the included a brush does speed the cleaning of the blades (and keeps you from doing something stupid like thoughtlessly using a cloth and slicing your fingers). Some people have complained it is loud but the higher power setting is not any louder than any other juicer I have had to use in the last couple of decades. It’s actually quieter than many but if you are not used to just how loud a juicer can be or did not appreciate how loud they actually are until you had one in your much-quieter-than-a-juice-bar home, I understand that the sound might be surprising. It is also the reason I do not make juice for my breakfast, I am often up at 4 am for work and I will not run the juicer after 9:30/10pm. At any rate, so happy to finally have the Breville in my home and, hopefully, I will have it for years to come.
