Capelli New York Glitter Thong with Flower on Polkadot Print Girls flip Flops

The shoes are very cute, however, they are WAY TOO SMALL! My daughter wears an 11, so I ordered a 12/13 since I saw the other reviews said they run small. When we got the 12/13 her foot still hangs off the back! I started a return, but I have to pay for the shipping, which I already paid once for the pair of 12/13. So, I will end up paying a total of $12 in shipping and still have no shoes to show for it, or I can pay $18 total in shipping and $10 for the flip flops if I order the size 1/2. So the question becomes are these $28 flip flops?? I have to go with NO! Do yourself a favor and go 1-2 sizes up!UPDATE 8/15/16: Excellent customer service! They took care of everything...sent correct size & issued a refund. I would still suggest getting a size larger though.

These are so stinkin’ cute. My daughter got tons of compliments on them all summer (she’s four years old). She found these to be comfortable, easy to put on by herself, and easy to walk in. They go with everything in her summer wardrobe. Great for the price. Good quality.

There pretty well made flip flops looks as if they used good craftsmanship. Only negative thing is my daughter may wear for a month before she can't wear no more. The back of her feet hang off shoe. They are probably worth a purchase, just make sure you order a size up. I hate to leave 2 stars cause there so nice looking. But it does me no good if they can't be worn. It is a shame cause she loves them

My daughter loves them but they fit more like a 10 than a 12. She can't wear them.

They fit perfect, we use them on Theme Parks to be taller.Well we like high heels.More colors and designs would be great.

This pair was shipped correctly. We ordered a 2nd pair and it was supposed to be a size smaller but it was the same. Oh well. I guess my girls will have to grow into them.

My daughter loves these shoes. Wears them everywhere. Will purchase again
