From every shilajit I've ever tried, this is near the bottom of the list. This stuff is liquid when ice cold and has the taste and consistency of honey. Terrible and not very strong. Anyone saying this is great does not know what shilajit should be or is a paid advertiser.

is like a liquid thought it was meant to be like a tar which u could roll into pea size amounts.only took one serving so can not tell u the effects
