The short version.. I love this tray and it is absolutely worth $11 !! When I purchased this back in November I read both positive and negative reviews. I do HS sport streaming and tote a PC to various events. I thought this tray would be perfect for SD cards, spare SSD's, etc. It has done exactly that and I can find no flaws given the fact I paid just under $11. Is this a high dollar, metal drawer with bearing guieds? NO! but it only cost $11 and it does exactly what it is supposed to do !! and it cost only $11. It does not lock, rather it simply uses "push to lock in" / "push to let out" mechanism. My Streaming PC gets layed down flat for travel (and on rare occasion has been upside down). This tray retained all the extra little junk I keep in it. This is a simple square plastic box that slides in on some plastic rollers and locks in to place with a cabinet type "click in, click out type locker". Very simple and works great. I just move my Office PC components into a Corsair 500R case so ordered another one of these "trays" for this new case. I am tired of having SD cards laying on my desk along with a few audio connectors that I use from time to time. If you need something to keep all of your little stuff like SD cards and a couple of extra SSD drives in, then you will be very pleased. If you are a person who expects to spend $11 but get a $50 piece of equipment, then please spare yourself and future buyers the unrealistic expectations. However, if you have an open 5 1/4" bay and want a great, highly functional simple drawer for $11 then order this. You will be glad you did.

I bought this drawer as something to store small things for my computer in a convenient location, and it does just that. The build quality is decent, and looks good in the computer. It was a bit of a tight squeeze in my Antec 300 case, but nothing to worry about. The drawer sits flush with the outside of my case when closed. Pressing somewhere in the middle of the drawer it gives a small click, and comes out slightly. It moves quite easily in and out, and can hold a surprising amount. I've got a usb cable, a few flash drives, SD cards, a vga to dvi cable, and whatever else. Things I am prone to loosing in other locations. Really the only reason it's not five stars is because while the quality is good, it's not amazing. The outside is made of metal, actually, it looks like the outside of an optical drive. But the drawer itself is just cheap-ish feeling plastic, that has a bit of play to it when it comes out of the housing. Obviously you get what you pay for, so it's not really something that concerns me much, but worth noting. All in all, fantastic for the price, worth picking up if you've got an extra 5.25" slot in your tower.

I knew I needed an upgrade to my ridiculously under-powered 8 core system but what could make my frame rate possibly increase while playing online texas hold-em? A drawer. I installed this amazing drawer and it increased my frame rates by a hefty 60%! I can't believe the performance I'm getting out of this thing? And it is THE SINGLE COOLEST COMPONENT IN MY COMPUTER, WITH NO FANS. Seriously, whoever designed the cooling system on this drawer should be awarded a Nobel peace prize while riding on the back of a white tiger while 37,000 beautiful women swoon over his manliness. I bought two of these and my computer has never preformed so well. Not only does this beast turn my old Moped computer into a Dodge Tomahawk (google it), it also allows me to store things IN IT. So I decided to ramp my performance to the moon by installing two 500GB 2.5" 7200RPM drives as well as two 32GB USB Memory sticks in it. THIS THING IS SO UNIVERSAL YOU CAN EVEN INSTALL OLD HARD DRIVES (as long as they have a smaller dimension than this drawer. To test the ultimate versatility of this drawer, I installed a 16oz glass of Tuscan Whole Milk and the computer preformed so well that it burst into flames and punched me in the face at the same time. I didn't even know my computer had arms! Or hands! I also installed a new graphics card at the same time, which has been utterly disappointing compared to this product's performance. I mean, I couldn't install any drives in it, and all it did was get super hot and noisy with it's two huge fans. Returning that.

I bought the COSMOS drawer, the KLOUD City drawer, and the IOCrest drawer. The only difference among them that I can find is that the IOCrest drawer has the word "IOCrest" in white lettering on the top left of the drawer. Otherwise, they appear to be identical. Problem#1: It was either the COSMOS or the KLOUD City drawer that arrived with the retainer clasp broken off, but it could easily have happened to any of them in shipping. I used SureHold Helios medium viscosity light-activated glue to reattach the broken clasp and to reinforce the two that had not (yet) broken. Problem#2: The side holes do not line up with the screw holes in any of the three PC's in my household. In order to prevent the drawer assemblies from pushing into the case, I attached 1 inch wide flocking tape to the side walls, to provide some friction. This is doing the job. Drilling and tapping new screw holes in the drawer assemblies would be better, but this was a quick and easy fix using materials I had at hand. Despite these problems, I'd have to say I'm quite happy with three of these in my main PC. They provide storage for USB flash drives, cables, and a 4TB portable 2.5" WD Passport external hard drive. I'd buy them again, but can only recommend them to those willing to accept the possibility of having to do a bit of work on them.

It is really easy to install, super cool, super useful. I received mine no flaws, no broken parts. The clicking feature to lock it in place works nicely. It sits flush against my case so plenty of room for the door to close over it (I have a gaming pc with a door that closes over my slots). The body is metal and the drawer is plastic. It's honestly a little cheaply made in that the drawer wiggles up,down, side to side when its open, but closed it's perfectly solid. Still super cool. I really love it.

This is a cool little accessory if you have an extra 5.25in bay available. But it onto of my Blu Ray Drive and Fan controller. I keep some wiring, flash drives screws and some pens in it. It is fun and very useful. However, it doesnt feel that study. You push it in to make it pop out but when you pull it out it kinda feels flimsy. However, it is cheap and useful. I dont mind the little flimsiness. Its not like imma be putting a hard drive or anything like that in there. Just simply a little storage compartment thats all. Looks cool, functional and fun. I love it

I love this drawer! It holds more than you might expect, given the strict size constraints of the 5.25" drive bay. I managed to fit a remote control, some mounting screws, a thumb drive and a few short USB cables inside with plenty of room for more. No more losing those things! It feels a little loose, which I pretty much expected. The drawer comes out completely and goes back in easily, which I suppose could come in handy. The open and closing mechanism pops like a clicky pen, which is fun and functional since it lets the drawer glide easily but also stay closed. My one major complaint is that, when closed, the front panel of the drawer extends a few mm in front of everything else on the front panel of the PC. It might just be my case, but I wouldn't expect so because the CD drive I installed sits flush. It almost seems like it's by design since it lines up pretty much perfectly when you click it in, but of course it won't stay there. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but kind of a headscratcher for me. Installation was as easy as you would expect--just four screws and no hookups to the mobo or PSU. I love this drawer! Such a cool idea, and it really works quite well so far. If I find more stuff I want to put in it, I might even buy a second.

Plastic drawer inside of a metal box. Includes screws. The plastic box is the tray and is held in by a spring latch. The front of the drawer is supported by a wheel on each side that allows the box to slide out when you press it in (and activate the spring latch.) It is not the most secure thing. I'd be hesitant to fill it with my gold bars (and I doubt they'd fit) but it does fit a bunch of SD cards and USB drives and a couple of cables as well. This is such a smart product, I'm putting 3 or 4 in my new pc build just because I can. Such efficiency!

the front of the drawer noticeably protrudes out the front once installed. it does not sit flush with the case. I 100% am certain installed in correctly as there's really no way to install it incorrectly.
