Best hummus ever
In order to make proper hummus, you must peel the chickpeas. Unfortunately, peeling chickpeas is extremely time consuming. This is an entirely worthwhile purchase for people who want to make amazing hummus but don’t want to spend the time peeling the chickpeas. I closely follow the hummus recipe from Rosewater and Orange Blossoms by Maureen Abood. All of my Lebanese family loves it.

NOT ACTUALLY ENTIRELY PEELED
For the price and the additional shipping charge, these should actually be entirely peeled. They are not. See photo. That amount of peeps is from just one cup of chickpeas after they were soaked.

Worth every penny!!
After watching video on Maureen making hummus I was curious if you could tell a difference between her shelled chickpeas vs organic unshelled. Without a doubt Huge difference!! Smooth texture
