how often should it be used?

The product label suggest daily usage, which is what I started with. Since my hair is long (to my waist) I eventually cut back to using the shampoo and cream rinse every 2-3 days, which is my usual habit with any shampoo, and noticed no difference, but the suggested usage is still every day.

2,3 and 4 years ago questions regards a Fitbit flex, organizer and something about a car. Am I buying shampoo?
