Great training shoe
Love the fit, and comfort of these shoes. Have no problem from hitting the bike or rowing machine, and being comfortable. They are also a nice stable shoe while lifting heavy with free weights.

Narrow.
The shoes are super comfortable for short periods. Do not recommend wearing these for longer walks, runs or hiking. The sides are a bit narrow. Great color, great look.

The stability is great for squads and leg workouts, the look is very nice. I had to pick 2 sizes bigger.
