I have tried all ZMAs on the market. This one works very well. So well i tried going a few nights without it. I can always fall asleep never had issues with sleeping. But when i wake up without taking ZMA, even though i have been in a deep sleep, its hard to wake up and gain strength (it takes a while) When i take ZMA, i wake up very ready and most important i feel like i am rested and i feel strong as well. I havent had any negative side effects taking this and its very easy to take.

I bought this for workout recovery but noticed it was a superior sleep aid. I am so well rested now and sleep great and long. I don't get tired but when I sleep the quality is so good. I have since purchased and do take L Theanine through out the day but this combination i Z Matrix works better than L-Theanine alone. I did add a 2mg copper supplement to balance the Zinc which would be nice if they added that, All in all this is the only supplement keep reordering!

Z-Matrix definitely helped with my sleep and recovery. Also seemed to boost my T levels as attested to when waking up with wood, if you know what I mean. The only critique I have is that it requires you to take 4 soft gels. They are thin and easy to swallow, but I usually take all 4 at once. With enough water it's not a problem, but gel caps can some times feel like they're stuck going down if I don't have enough water to chase them down with and lie flat right after taking. When I take with enough water and don't lie down right after there's no problem. I definitely recommend.

I tend to hit a lot of caffeine during the day. I never had trouble with sleep but when I added this—my sleep improved quite a bit. I sleep deeper and don’t wake up during the night. I haven’t noticed any grogginess in the morning. Great stuff—I have purchased 3 times now and I will continue.

If you value sleep as much as I when it comes to well being and overall recovery from intense workouts, this product is for you. I sleep so well and have never once had a groggy feeling waking up the next morning. I stay asleep and have noticed that I recover so much faster! One of the things I love most about this product compared to other sleep aid ZMA's are that I can take this on a full stomach and still get a great nights sleep. I take a variety of other EVL products and this is one of my favorite ones by far. I highly recommend to anyone looking to hit that valuable REM cycle to get back in the gym fully recovered!

I've been taking ZMAs for about 5 or 6 months total, but about 2 months ago I switched to this ZMA matrix and I love it. I suffer pretty significantly from chronic pain issues in my neck/back/shoulders, yet still have a very challenging workout regiment. These ZMAs in particular seem to have made a considerable difference in helping recover from tough workouts and not having really any pain when waking up in the mornings. Not only that, it has improved my sleep to the point where I was able to come off of one of the sleep medications I used to regularly take. Great product and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to gain a slight edge in their training/nutrition regiment. **Just a side note regarding taking supplements in general. ALWAYS READ THE LABLE BEFORE TAKING A NEW SUPPLEMENT! It is not the company's fault if you take something you shouldn't when there is additional information listed on the label.

The product is Good. Subscribe and save through Amazon sucks. This is the second time I’ve tried Amazon and got shot again even when I order early and suspend next delivery it’s still arrives.. Worse yet, I can’t return it

I have been using this for over a year (first started January 2024) and my sleep has definitely been positively affected. the combo of Zinc, Magnesium and vitamins B and D work well together. Little to no flavour and easy to swallow! great product and I re-order often. Highly Recommended

I started using Z-Matrix a few months ago to compliment my sleep and testosterone production. Since starting, I’ve noticed that I have been sleeping more soundly than before - which is so important for natural testosterone production. Since starting Z-Matrix, I’ve noticed that I don’t wake up as sore after a long workout session, and my recoveries are shorter all around. This is a great product, and I highly recommend it to anyone who takes their gym routine seriously. My next order is already in!

This seems to help with recovery following intense training and helps me fall asleep quicker when working out in the evening which is a few nights a week. I will be buying more....

Z-MATRIX where do I start with this product. I have been taking this product for about 4 months now and I have had amazing results. My sleep is constant and deep and I wake up feeling rested without that groggy morning feeling that most wake up with. My recovery has been greatly affected by this product especially in regards to soreness as I am not feeling sore or having any sort of symptoms of doms or delayed onset muscle soreness. Which let's me work harder on every workout. So far I've lost 40lbs and I'm stronger than ever. I have nothing but good things to say about this product and I look forward to trying out other products from EVLNUTRITION. 5 STARS WOULD RECCOMEND.

I have tried several other ZMA products out there and this brand is the best one. I wake up feeling energized and start my day going. I also go to the gym early in the morning around 5:30, I recommend this supplement along with a pre-workout and you’ll be in a beast mode in no time.
