Will this fit a 2 month old 10 pound baby or way to big?

Hi, dear, I am afraid it may be a little big for her, but babies grow fastest in 0 to 6 months, so I believe you wonot regret to buy it for her.

What size will fit a baby that will be 6 months old the sizes look strange. He was 64 cm at his 4 month check up I assume he will be at least 66?

I purchased mine when my baby was 11 months but he was shirt. I got a size 80 and there was plenty of room to grow. I think you will be safe with 70

Why is there a choking hazard on a baby onesie?

Probably because they have to put warnings on everything. Just in case.
