I got these to use with my low-end consumer-grade 3D scanner, and they’ve worked reliably for me. The scanner has no trouble locking onto them, and tracking stays stable during scans. Adhesion is good enough that they stay put while scanning, but they’re not so aggressive that they’re a pain to remove afterward. There isn’t much else to say, which is honestly a good thing. These are consumables, and they behave the way you want consumables to behave. If you need tracking markers for a hobbyist or light professional 3D scanning setup, these get the job done without surprises.

Not much to say... they're scanner dots, seem to work fine.

I initially got these out of curiosity to see if they would work for photogrammetry (they do not.) But I planned on getting a proper scanner anyway, so when that finally came in, I was able to give these a justified test. They work incredibly well, they are super reflective (in the same way traffic signs are reflective) and my scanner picks them up almost TOO well. But I'm not complaining at all, because they're so visible, it makes them very easy for the program to register. The scanner came with its own dots, and these ones are definitely more visible. They stick very well, but are easy to remove if needed. I have no worries about them staying where I put them, I can move models around on top of them if I need to, without worrying about them coming up or flying off like some stickers do. Overall, I highly recommend!

Using a CT ferret, needed definitely for large objects. Scanning a 350z and going to print a body kit. Kept losing object, but these help. They really only stick to flat surfaces, and it better be clean. I mean do you really want these to stick like glue? I want them to come off easy. No issues from me, and the smell good. I don't know why, but the package smells good.

These 3D scanner dots are tiny but mighty! At just 3mm, they’re perfect for sticking on small or smooth objects that don’t have many features for the scanner to latch onto. The high reflectivity really helps the scanner lock onto the markers, making the scanning process way smoother and more accurate. I’ve used them on a bunch of tricky items, and they stayed put without any fuss.
