Read reviews and took a chance especially as product not cheap.So glad I did.Bought to use following knee replacement surgery. Initially my 7 inch scar was quite shocking to see, it was quite raised, a good quarter of an inch and crimped, like a cross between a pie edge and a klingon's skull (from star trek) my scar was very angry, tight, hot and hard.Applied this cream when wound healed/scabs appeared and used gentle but firm massage.Absorbed well only atiny amount needed. Saw difference within two days and have now been using it for three weeks, once a day, after a shower. My scar is flat, smooth and pale pink and barely visible. Got to give surgeon some credit for his sewing skills but this cream was also brilliant, plus bonus of stopping dreaded itching.Retired nurse so knew that I needed something to help heal scar tissue and did squirm a little at price but I believe you get what you pay for, and a little goes a long way and It will save for next knee replacement ! Would definitely recommend this cream so soothing and easy to apply but you will also need to apply some pressure when massaging cream into scar to reduce scar tissue. I'm looking forward to showing off my scar to my surgeon in two weeks time ! At this rate will be able to wear shorts for summer !

My son had 3 old raised scars on his upper chest area after some research and reading about silicon scar gel, my son decid ed to try it. He has been using it for aboutu a 2 months now he has noticed an improvement in the size of the old scar. He is continuing to use this product which has easy instructions and is happy with the results. This product has no sticky residue and easy to apply. The size of the bottle is value for money.

I was sceptic. Purchased on 3rd Oct for a 1p size facial injury from an accidental fall onto a concrete ground that happened on 3rd Sept. Exactly 4 weeks later on 3rd Oct (date this product arrived), I use this anti scar gel as instructed on the manufacturer's info. My abrasion facial injury is scarcely visible now. I think other factors is contributing to its healing response. I wear a factor 50 moisturiser daily to keep it out of the sun that would darken the facial scar if I didn't. I had comments my skin is looking good from clients about 2 weeks ago and I didn't discuss my accident because it's their time. I drink water, no alcohol, I exercise regularly, take multivitamins and I try to eat healthy and get my sleep to reduce stress. I think the reason the anti scar gel helps is that the consistency of the gel is thick, so it is easy to massage into the epidermal layer of the injury site. This massage frictiion action in a circular motion brings erythema (redness), which is a sign of oxygenated rich blood and nutrients helping in skin healing of the injury site. I did wait exactly 4 weeks before using this product because the wound site was purple of internal bleeding, inflamed, swelling, and sensitive to touch. I didn't want to risk a tiny cut and bleeding, which would take longer to heal. I am 3-years trained qualified massage therapist now studying beauty therapy treatments. There is no quick fix product or therapy treatment on the market. Consistency in use is important and self-care, good nutrition, exercise, sleep contribute to reducing stress and aid emotional wellbeing. Mine was a recent 'post trauma inflammatory hyperpigmentation scar' which can take from 12 weeks to six months to heaI - this depends largely on age (children heal from skin abrasion fast because skin cells renew quicker than in adults). I almost didn't receive this product because my parcel was found in the neighbour's back garden! Thank you to the maker of this product. I am thankful this product is on the market and Amazon for supplier and delivery.

Bought this after my upper bleph surgery and it irritated and stung my eyelids really badly. Very misleading as it’s not a gel at all, smells and feels like a thick SPF that dries to feel almost chalky. Leaves a very noticeable white cast.

This is NOT a gel as advertised and stated on the bottle, it is a cream. It is a white colour and even after massaging into the scar it appears white on the skin. It states that it contains Factor 30 spf, so I'm praying it is not just a very expensive suntan lotion! Only used for a few days, so can't comment yet on how effective it is. Hoping for good results.

I had a knee replacement but had to have it re-opened due to a severe infection and ended up with a hideous ketoid scar, purchased this, I have spent a fortune on trying to hide this scar, it really works, Absolutely recommend, only used for 3 days, before and after photos.

I have a surgery that left me with a 25 centimetres scar in my leg. I am using it and I so far I see some improvement. Its soft and non greasy. Easy to apply.

The texture change after buying it again. What a disappointment

I've used this scar cream for about 2 months. I used it on new surgical scars and old acne scars. For acne scars, it has lightened and flattened the scars noticeably. For surgical scars, it has helped greatly in flattening the scar and evening out the color. You have to use this consistently to see results. So far I've had great results!

This is the best product I have ever used for my five surgical scars on my abdomen. I have used every brand of tape and many other scar creams. My doctor recommended vitamin e. The scar tapes work pretty well except they fall off. Then I'm not consistent with them. But this scar gel I keep on my nightstand and I use it twice a day. It is so easy to pump out a little on my finger for each scar. My scars hurt and they itch so bad. This gel brings immediate relief. I started using this gel again recently because the tapes just weren't working to relieve my pain. I immediately noticed a difference. The vitamin e that my doctor recommended did nothing. The other creams did nothing. But this actually takes the pain and itch away. Don't even worry about the price because I have spent a fortune on other products that didn't work. Get this gel If you are experiencing pain and itching from your scars. My scars have not disappeared but maybe within a year they might go down a little bit. I am determined to use this and only this from now on. You will not regret buying this.
