Is this brush same size of P80 Paddle brush

Does not matter - don't buy it. I threw mine away it was so terrible. Did not grab hair at all. I think there are knockoffs out there. Best advice is to buy it in a salon where you can touch it. that's what I ended up doing.

I love the brush but how do you clean it

You can pull out the small orange pick at the bottom of the brush to easily clean out any leftover hair!
