The trousers are sooooo good. I haven’t had a perfect fit of any online purchase as this before. I love the fabric as well.

So first impressions these are nice looking dress pants but I chose according to the recommended size and I really should have chosen a M not the L as the Medium is listed as 34 but the recommanded size was 36 L and they are too big or uncomfortably loose. So I'd recommend choosing according to the size you usually choose so if your a 36 waist choose the 36" waist and don't pay attention to the S, M and L size labels but the measurements! They do have a drawstring so you can tighten up the waist so that is good and they do look like linen which is all good and they are well made_seams are straight and well sewn. I jumped on them and was excited to get them as they are promoted as Linen Casual Dress Pants. But don't get too excited as they are actually 87% Polyester! They say they are breathable but I have yet to see a polyester fabric that was. And they do have it listed but you have to search the info and search the pictures very carefully and then you find that little detail. So I took off 2 stars 1 for the sizing and 1 for the fabric as they should be more upfront and say Polyester Linen blend not a Linen Casual because the information while there is not upfront and centre. They look smart and are a really great looking pair of pants but I am finding as we get older the quality of material really does matter. So if your good with polyester and you choose the size right you will be happy with these but if polyester is a problem and you choose according to your waist size of pants ie 34" or 36" and you will do well...

Spoiler alert: I’m not a man. But I do like to wear pleated dress pants, and I often buy men’s pants instead of women’s. So I wanted to give these ones a try. I got the dark khaki. Agreed, it’s a stretch to call these “linen” pants, at only 7% linen (supposedly). But, they to have a linen weave look to the fabric. It drapes well, and hangs a little more heavy than linen would. It does have the feel of woven polyester, but looks nice nonetheless. Waist size is dead on true to size. It also has an elastic panel in the back of the waist band, which helps cinch it in a little. I also like the extra flap closure under the belt look, which makes it a touch more fancy and fitted than a standard button fly. Did you know men’s pant pockets are always deeper than women’s? True story and totally unfair lol. So I love the deep waist pockets on these, although there is only one back pocket. They do sit high in the waist, and the elastic waist band pulls them up even more on me due to the shape of my hips. So these pants sit differently on me, because I have a more hourglass shape. The pleats are pulled a little because of that. So I don’t find the a have a loose, baggy drape. I also don’t find they pool at the bottom like the pictures show. I’m 5’8”, and they are exactly normal pant length on me. All the other reviewer pics look the same. So, they are nice enough pants, and not super thin material. But they don’t have a premium fabric feel, and are not the long “old money baggy pants” I expected. I think $46 is steep for what they are, and for slightly more you can get an actual cotton or wool blend pant.
