I love these sweatbands while working out. Not only do they come in alot of colors, but they keep my hands dry when i need to keep the sweat off them. I especially appreciate using them under my gymnastics grips when performing butterfly pullups, chest to bars, and bar muscle ups. It helps reduce the tension on my wrist during all of these movements. I would highly recommend!
