These compression air boots are wonderful!! As someone who has had lymphedema for over 10 years .... don't hesitate to get these. I use them in the morning and early evening for 20 minute sessions! Exercise regularly and my lymphedema is controlled. This cordless model takes 30 seconds to put on, charge lasts 6 days. So easy, you do it!!! Great product!!

This is a fantastic pair of leg compression boots for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet. It takes a few minutes for each boot to fill up with air completely when first using it, and the instructions say to charge for 2.5 hours before the first use. They also say to look for the tag to tell you which leg to put each on, but knowing the controls go to the outside is an easier way to keep them straight, I think. One frustration is the controls are upside down when you look down at the buttons. I suppose if you have someone helping you that’s a good thing, but I had to learn the settings as they appear upside down rather than how they appear in the instructions. You get several 20 minute sessions out of each charge, and the light will blink red if the battery is getting low. There are 3 modes and 6 levels of air compression - depending on the size of your leg, you might not feel comfortable beyond level 3 as it gets more powerful with each level. Using this at level 3 on one leg and level 1 on the other, I don’t feel a huge difference but I like level 3 as it’s more pronounced. I found level 4 was a bit uncomfortable, and I would not want to try 5 or 6. Modes: Mode 1 is a sequence of the lower air chamber then upper air chamber while the lower releases, then both release. Mode 2 is for circulation, starting compression in the lower leg then moving upward while maintaining lower compression, then releasing. Mode 3 sequences the first two modes alternately. The program automatically turns off after 20 minutes of use. Each boot comes up to just below my knees and there is plenty of space for my toes - the tip of the boot is open. I’m using this in the evenings after a day of work (I walk a lot in low heels) or after doing yard work or hiking on weekends, and it’s very relaxing to use these boots in bed while I work on my laptop. After using these boots, my legs feel a bit tingly and very relaxed! This set comes with a storage bag, two zip up compression boots, charger, cable and instructions. I was concerned about fitting the boots back into the carrying case, but it is big enough to handle the boots and quick start guide and charger, even if there’s some air still in the chambers. I've seen similar leg compression massagers for a lot more - this is a decent price!

There are 3 modes (feet, calves, or both) and 6 pressure levels, so you can adjust the intensity. The controls are simple and easy to use. I originally got this for my step-dad who has significant edema in his feet. He did seem to enjoy the experience, although we didn’t notice any immediate improvement in the swelling. That said, it may be something that needs consistent use over time to see benefits. My biggest hesitation is the price. At around $200, it feels pretty expensive for what it does. They measure in diameter from 15.7" starting from the foot to maximum 20.5" at the upper calf. You get 3 modes and 6 levels of intensity. Unlike other competing models in the marketplace, these boots are cordless and each have their own independent controller, as opposed to other corded models with one controller. I find that I am able to customize the settings for each boot depending on my needs for that day. The air chambers completely wrap around your leg giving a firm grip when compressed. I only do 20 minute sessions on both legs at the same time due to time constraints. There is a default setting for 20 minutes auto-off. The best part of this model is that they are cordless, yet powerful enough to provide strong massaging. I work out several times a week and jog twice a week. I like to do intensive jogs by way of long strides. This gives me maximum results, but also increases muscle pain. Each boot has its own 2500 mAh battery good for 5-7 days. I charge them at the end of the week. I find that by using them a minimum of twice a week in 20 minute sessions greatly reduces my muscle aches. Naturally, I stay hydrated as much as possible to keep the muscles in optimum condition. The Fit King compression boots do a wonderful job soothing muscle pain. Again, I like the fact they are cordless, and can be independently dialed in depending on your situation. These boots are made well, heavy duty in nature, and are sharp looking. I see no negatives with this product. Highly recommend.
