I have been using Tena overnight underwear for a long time. I have full bladder leaks and the Tena would hold the leak, but soaked through the panty. I thought I’d try these. First night using them, full bladder leak and I figured they would soak through the panty. No, they did not. My pjs were dry. I wear a size 20 and was hesitant about ordering the large because the size range is 14-20. They fit perfectly. Not too tight; no gaps at the thighs. I’m switching.

This product is actually below a ONE star rating! Let me tell you about this item. I cannot believe that Always Discreet would even market this. It DOES NOT absorb at all and on the front packaging it even says: 75% More Rapid-Absorb Area. My poor mother was saturated in urine when she woke up at 2AM. She wasn't even in bed 12 hours which the item says: 12 hour protection DAY OR NIGHT. Matter of fact she was in bed 10 hours and it did not withstand their advertising: RAPIDLY ABSORBS FULL BLADDER LOSS AND LEAK PROTECTION! They are NOT leak proof! All lies hoping you would buy the product anyways! Also Rufus stated that this Always Discreet MAXIPROTECT is more absorbent than the their Always Discreet NIGHT underwear briefs. Well guess what! NEITHER WORKS AT ALL FOR OVERNIGHT PROTECTION! I bought both and both are pathetic and a waste of your hard earned money. The Always Discreet NIGHT underwear says: EXTENDED PROTECTION with 360 degree all-around coverage. They come in black so you see it's for overnight protection. What a joke! Here again my mother was soaked wearing these also and hoped she would stay dry in bed. ALL LIES! DO NOT BUY THESE ITEMS/PRODUCTS as you will only be frustrated. Do not be fooled by their false advertisement.

I have been using Always Discreet Pads, #4 for years and decided to try the pants. I was very pleased with the Always Discreet Maxiprotect! I wear size 16 and Large fit perfectly. Light weight, not bulky. Very absorbent. Scent was pleasant but not overbearing. I will definitely buy again.

Regretfully these arr awful . Cute , comfy and far cry from Max I use the always pads an #5 disposables . Tje pad alone is more absorbent than thes. Real bummer I love the colo

These briefs are very absorbent . I compared them to Depends overnight and they are about the same in the amount of liquid they hold and that is great BUT they have a scratchy outer covering which is a bit itchy and that sounds a little crinkly when sitting down. Depends Overnight is more comfortable with a soft outer covering that feels more like fabric.

Used a different brand. This is a delightful improvement. Color and smell is better. Material quality is softer. Channel guide is improvement. This product is an improvement all around. I will be changing my future orders. Nice to see company looking to make improvements.

I have bowel incontinence and bladder incontinence and this product is not enough to help me. I will not be purchasing it again. Anyone who needs both in a product do not buy this product. It's way too inadequate.
