Wrong size sent every time
The shoes are absolutely beautiful but this is the second pair I’ve ordered and on both occasions ordered size 13 and received on both occasions size 30 which is size 11.5 ! So can you please tell me if I can get a size 13/32???

Sizing so bad
Second pair ordered and no good the sizing of these are awful wasted money on 2 pairs she is a size 12 and the 12 and 13 won’t go on her! Child needs a real thin foot to fit these
