I'm not sure what to make of this. The smell/taste reminds me of cauliflower, and the texture is crunchy on the outside, yet sticky (almost like chewing gum) when you bite into it and it mixes with the saliva. There's lots of variation in the colour of the granules, which is likely reflective of the different kinds of pollen used by the bees; it's quite striking. I've taken to putting this on granola, and sometimes sweet sandwich wraps (peanut butter and banana), but I haven't tried cooking or baking with it yet. It's quite a strong flavour, and can be overwhelming, so use sparingly. In 100g there are: 305kcals. 2g fat, 30g carbs, 30g fibre, and 20g protein. The jar I received had a shelf life dated until December 2027, so plenty of time to use. There're various health claims associated with this, but it's not a guarantee that it will work in that way for you, so have a little read about it first. Those who should probably stay away from this are people who have hayfever or other pollen allergies.
