Great product, even better support
First of all, I never leave reviews. I just have to because I'm so impressed not only with the quality of the product, but also with the technical support I received. The product itself installed very easily since I was just replacing a similar product from another vendor so everything was pretty much ready to go. Unplug old system, plug in new system. Car play worked, AC worked, radio worked. All good. Then, I wanted to to tweak a couple of advanced settings like change the boot screen. Reaching out to tech support via email, I always received a super helpful email back within a day with good, useful information to help me. I couldn't have asked for more from support, which is super hard to find these days. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Wouldn't work correctly.
Stay away! I probably have a total of 6 - 8 hours invested in trying to make this work in my 2012 Mustang V6 convertible. This is supposed to be "plug and play" - well the "plug in" part went OK, but I couldn't get everything to work OK. The Apple Car Play seemed to work OK, and the radio seemed to work OK. The steering wheel controls wouldn't work and the biggest issue is that the unit would not turn on and off with the ignition. I received a message through Amazon to contact the seller if I had any questions. I corresponded with a representative from the seller (in China), and ultimately communicated via email. Difficult communicating because of the time difference. They had me go into engineering screens, record hexadecimal code, take photos of my installation and my connectors. After about a week of this (as I said probably 6 - 8 hours of my time on the car and emailing) they "ghosted" me - no more responses. So I packed it up and returned it to Amazon. I guess I'll have to pay real money for a better unit with US support.

This product is worth it!
This is a 10 out of 10, super easy install and works great and LOOKS GREAT! I had the tesla screen but didnt work as good, but this one works fast looks great, would buy this again and would recommend it to the 2010-2014 mustang owners amazing product! Ur not going to get disapointed.
