They came promptly and are as pictured. I like the sturdy clip for connecting to my vibration plate. I had to tie them in knots to shorten them and make them more resist. I don’t care for how the cord moves freely through the handles. Makes it difficult to hold them steady when doing my tricep work. Price was good but I would buy these again next time I have to replace them.

I ordered the vibrating plate and a set of these bands come with the vibrating machine. However, after just a few months of using the bands they started to fray badly, ready to break, so I covered the frayed parts with duct tape but that only lasted for a short while and then other parts of the bands are now frayed, which is why I had to order new bands. The new bands are exactly the same and so I expect that I will have to keep replacing them. I love the vibration machine and the fact that it comes with bands, but the bands are poor quality.
