These folders worked perfectly for me. I’m a color coder and was able to organize my filing quickly and efficiently. They are not flimsy like some, they have some heft to them. Plus, they’re really pretty. They have a little sliders for the hooks on each side, so if your drawer is a little bit off size, they will still fit with no trouble. They do hold a good amount of filing, and I believe they were well worth the price.

I bought this particular set because I thought I might try to color code my files with a subtler palette than the typical primary colors available. The colors are nice, but the plastic is stiff and unyielding in its structure, and I constantly have to try to try to force the folder to stay open. If I remove too many smaller files inside it tends to lose its shape. Therefore, the way it fits into my file cabinet or the files themselves is less than ideal. I suppose this is a problem one might encounter with plastic file folders in general so maybe paper would be more ideal. I actually thought the plastic would be nice and durable, but I'm not so sure now since it almost feels like it might rip if I try too hard to flatten the creases. You do get quite a few files though so if you're looking for volume rather than quality, or are willing to put up with it for the lovely color palette, it'll do nicely. I'll keep using it until I find something better.

These are very good with well thought out design features. Decent variety of colors to keep organized with, though they are pretty similar, wish they were a little more high contrast. Functions pretty well, though I would like if they stayed in the "opened" position on their own better. They kind of want to default back to a closed accordion on the bottom. Maybe an insert at the bottom would help keep it wide open. I use these for large volume folders and wanted the base as wide as possible. I would opt for the 2 inch version of that's your goal. The adjustable arms are nifty to fit most standard drawers. Can store several folders worth of paper in these for your large accounts! They are sturdier than paper and will hold up for years. Good value overall. Saves my fingers and time trying to sort through files.

I ordered this set of 12 letter-size, 2-inch expandable plastic hanging file folders for my home office. I like how sturdy the plastic is and how pleasant the colors are. The hanging hooks retract or extend easily. It does take a little bit to expand the hanging file folders - they don't easily expand when placing papers or folders into them. I had to set them down on the desk and press down firmly inside to get them to expand fully. These do fit letter-size papers well. Because the sides of these are enclosed, and the hooks can retract, they can also be used for desktop vertical file holders, which is quite nice, especially when wanting to coordinate the colors with a similar color palette for office organization. I also appreciate that these come with the plastic file folder tabs and tab inserts. Overall, considering the quality and quantity, these are a good value for the listed price.

Despite my title I still went with five stars because I think my one complaint could be subjective. Some of the colors are VERY similar. Very pretty and I adore them all, it's nice to not have to look at bright yellows and reds while working, but if you need to ID files at a glance that might be a problem. You can tell if the similar colored files are right next to each other but even then it can be a little tough at times so just a heads up. Also depends a bit on the person, everyone is a bit different with colors and in my case I just have to be aware for it. A fantastic way to organize and I love all of the space available to me! Super high quality too. I've never worked with files that had a tab system for the hooks, very easy to adjust the width to suit whatever your needs are. Such an amazing idea! Sturdy, water proof, and look amazing. Aside from my, potentially personal, difficulty telling apart some colors it's an awesome set!

these are not wide/deep folders like I have purchased for a standard file cabinet. Very disappointed

The NORDUN 12 pack of plastic 2" legal size expandable hang folders is a great value. These hanging file folders fit well in my desk drawer and are definitely durable. The colors are super cute and makes color coding and organizing fun. They have a nice amount of space in them and I am very happy!
