I can't say this enough. Zicam works extremely well as long as you us it early and consistently.

Zicam can lessen a cold's severity
We have learned over the years that Zicam Cold Remedy, if taken at the onset of a cold, lessens the cold's severity. The key is taking the tablets at the first indication of a cold and continuing every four hours or so, until symptoms are gone.
