The national minerals from deep sea that healthy national foods.
Okinawa mozulu is the easy to make any side dish which soak it waster at least 5 minuets, quiz water, then add any salad with it. The taste soft and great digested.

Interesting texture
Interesting texture. A lot chewier than I expected. Good, but I like the sheets better. I guess itโs an acquired taste.

Fine but 5 servings is laughably optimistic for 10g
Super-pricey for 10g, which barely made 2 servings of mozuku reconstituted. Unless you heavily added other veg and seasonings, no way this would make servings for 5. $5 per serving actual, not enough of a value for me... not when I can get even more health bennies from wakame, with more options for preparation, seasoning, and quantity, plus local availability. Nothing wrong with the quality of the product, but would NOT buy again; waste of $12.

Mozuku is wonderful and super healthy.
My Mom is from a little island called Kumejima. Her family used to go out to the reefs and collect mozuku and eat it.. She lives in the Texas and loves this stuff. It is so pricey though, far cry from her days of harvesting it in the wild :)
