I bought this for my little bother and he loved it, it seemed good quality, worth the money and it didn't take too long to arrive, plus the seller was very detailed and caring about the product and shipping, something rare nowdays. It didn't take too much to assemble it, even my little bother did it almost all by himself without help at all. If you are looking for punching bags, you should definitely give this one a try!

The gloves that come with this are not great quality, had to buy another pair. A little more difficult to put together than I expected. I opted not to put anything weighted in the base, and it’s worked well for me.

Freestanding Heavy Punching Bag with Suction Cup Base & Gloves
I bought this to go in my garage gym that I have been building. It arrived in two separate packages over two days which it clearly states in the description so not a problem. Assembly is very very easy and took me around 5 minutes. Just attach the bag to the base with the included bolts. I chose to fill the base with sand as it’s heavier and gives a more solid base in my opinion. It also has suction cups on the base so if you have a nice polished floor it’s great for adding extra grip. The bag itself is very good quality and well made.
