Amazon honestly needs to be more truthful if they are going to be the ones in charge of resolving any issues between the customer and seller. I was first missing a chair and they told me that was because the seller did not have anymore in stock. This frustrated me at first due to the fact that you can only buy these chairs in sets so I was unsure how I would be able to buy just one more chair. They told me they would just refund the whole purchase however I told them I did not care to be refunded because I really wanted my last chair. They failed to tell me it would come the following day. If they had just done that or reached out to the seller, this would have been no issue. Now I feel horrible about how this gone down. The chairs do look like the pictures of what is being sold. It is leather not linen. So far I have been able to assemble them quite easily although I recommend a drill. The seller is super nice and I think Amazon messed them over with being in charge. I wish I was able to talk to the seller first as they deserve the full amount for these chairs. They are nice and they are worth the purchase.

Love these chair! Not hard to put together and very stylish. The customer service was great- one came with a broken leg and I got sent replacement chairs promptly. Would recommend

So, these chairs are nice and solid with interlocking legs and supports. The seat is appropriately cushioned, not too hard, not too soft... They were pretty easy to put together except the back supports... They were not properly drilled, and we had to drill pilot holes in order to screw in the hardware, as it was unable to go in without us modifying what was received. Considering these chairs cost $80 each currently, I would have expected more quality control than that. They support at least 275 lbs each. Do not get thrown by the apparently bent plastic feet... Those are correct, they go on the front legs.

These are nice fabric covered and wood chairs. They have a curved back. They do need assembly, and they will not stack for storage. The fabric is hand-washable. The metal covers for the screws are a soft metal, so be careful not to bang on them, or they might leave a dent. The chairs themselves are fairly comfortable. I'm a large person, and I fit in them. I wouldn't want to have to sit in them all day, like at a desk job; but they are good enough for a waiting room or dining set. They are pretty sturdy; even with my size, I felt secure sitting in them. They are pretty nice looking, too. I'm average height, so I can't comment on how the chairs would feel to a tall person. The bottom of the legs do have a rubber cap to protect your flooring from scuff marks (see my photos).

I needed 2 small chairs -- one for a guest room desk and the other for a media room with low card tables. These chairs are absolutely perfect, everything from price, height, and style...even down to them coming in a set of 2. They're comfortable and simple, which is exactly what I wanted. Assembly was somewhat difficult because there were 2 spots on one chair (not both) where the pre-drilled holes were not placed correctly. Luckily, we had the tools to correct this, but it was a little bit of a headache and we both agreed we wouldn't have been able to do it without power tools. Other than that, assembly was a breeze for the chair that WAS drilled correctly, and with some effort, they both look exactly the same when finished. I would absolutely buy again, even with the minor struggles.
