Exercise made easy. Genius replacement for the rubber band. I already used it before I got any instructions from my PT what exercises to do. This will be my fave instrument for home exercises.

The 6 tubes are thin and weak, offering almost no real resistance. The whole device feels unsafe and poorly constructed.

Great for a small amount of time work out. Seems to be very fragile so hopefully it holds up

Used this item several years, and for some reason forgot how great it is. Of course, I found my old one after my new purple one arrived. I sit on the sofa watching basketball or baseball, stretching with this little treasure. It can't hurt you, just tones you and makes you feel good.

Great souce of exercise

Not functional. Used to owned a similar model and was able to do my workout but didn’t work out for me with my knee

I love these, you can get a workout, makes my stomach flat, I do it lying down on my bed. Helps with your legs too, it’s work for me. If you can’t get to a gym or you don’t have work out equipment, then buy this, flexible and it works for me.
