I don't know what is needed for this. It is supposed to help with energy, blood pressure, antioxidants, and digestion, but overall I think it is just a gimmicky thing. This very well could be an issue of you do not know it helps until you stop taking it, but I have not noticed any improvement. With that said it does come with 1000iu of vitamin d3 which is a good serving and it is fish free so that is important to note. Of course it is easy to use, putting it into your pill case the quality and value is fair. If you have an issue with fish oil and need something that is vegan this might be the thing for you.

I’ve been taking them consistently for a few weeks now, and they genuinely seem to work well for me. I’ve noticed a nice boost in energy and just an overall “warmed up” feeling, especially when I take them earlier in the day. First off, yes — you definitely get that cayenne kick. There’s a noticeable heat, but it’s not unbearable. It’s more of a quick, warm burn that fades fairly fast, especially if I mix it into a little water. If you’re sensitive to spice, you’ll feel it, but if you’re used to cayenne like I am, it’s very manageable. The smell is earthy and slightly spicy, mostly from the cayenne and turmeric. It smells strong straight from the bottle, but once diluted it’s not overwhelming. The taste is bold and herbal with that signature heat, but it doesn’t linger too long, which I appreciate. I really like the ingredient lineup. Cayenne, turmeric, hawthorn, beetroot, plus vitamin D3 and K2 feels like a thoughtful combination for circulation and metabolism support. It doesn’t feel like a watered-down formula, and the quality seems solid. I also like that it’s in liquid form, which makes dosing simple and feels like it absorbs quickly. I ordered the Valleylux Cayenne Pepper Softgels with Beetroot & Hawthorn for Cardiovascular & Antioxidant in response to recent news about cayenne pepper. It is difficult to evaluate supplements with so many factors in life so I will be as quantitative as possible. The gels are on the large side, like a fish oil tablet. There is no taste as it is swallowed whole. Sometimes there is a faint pepper after taste. There have been no ill digestive effects. I have had no negative side effects. I have tried these for about a month.

I only took 2 days. These hurt my stomach something awful. I had to discontinue. Will not buy again.
