Really nice product. Recommended.

These plates are durable with a very modern look to them. They’ve got a nice solid weight without being too heavy and the stoneware is smooth while the slightly raised edges are just right for keeping sauces, gravy or run away peas from ending up all over the table. They also stack neatly in the cupboard without being wobbly. I also really appreciate that they're microwave safe. I am kind of confused about the bottom of my plates though and why the inner and outer rims have these stains on all but one of them, right out of the box like that. No matter how much Bar Keepers Friend I used, they would not come clean. It's just on the bottom so it's not that big of a deal. Just a heads up, though. And these do scuff really easily from other metal dishes (like fork/knife and accidentally bumping one with a baking sheet while drying in the dish rack) because of the matte and being white. Bar Keepers Friend got those scuffs out but after just one meal with a knife and fork, it was sort of a let down to see how simple a touch could cause transfer. Just another heads up. I do like them for the most part, but for the price, I'd probably look for another that was resistant or at least another color that isn't white matte. I realize my review might be confusing because of the criticism compared to the rating but I do like them and feel like I might be hyper focusing on the scuffs too much and they might not actually be that serious because it is stoneware. I'll still be using them as my main plates for now because they are pretty decent quality and I could probably get past the transfer knowing that it'll come out.

I loved the look of these plates when I first unboxed them, they have a nice weight and a modern feel. But after using them for only two weeks, I am seeing ugly black marks all over the surface from my silverware. It seems like the glaze is to soft or something because simply cutting a piece of chicken leaves a streak that wont wash off. It’s a shame because the bowls are the perfect size for soup, but the plates look dirty even when they are clean.
