While I get sound, I don't think the Bose amp and subwoofer are doing anything because it sounds worse than the OEM unit which sounded great. I went into settings and turned on the external amp tab and still nothing. I reset the unit and still nothing. I like the unit for its ease of installation though I find some things odd. In order to get the steering wheel controls working you have to connect a connector that comes out of the harness back into the radio where it came out of. I might just give up on the amp and wire a separate powered sub to it. As far as the radio itself goes... The antenna just blows. Unless I'm doing something wrong, The reception is awful. I've installed plenty of aftermarket radios and the all the Chinese headunits have awful reception. What I do like about it is that it has an OEM look. It looks like it belongs there from the factory. Wireless android auto is a plus. Works with no issues and it's generally easy to use... if you want to go into factory settings try code 1234. Would I recommend it... Maybe... If you want something high end and money isn't an issue... Get a name brand radio. If you are on a budget and need modern conveniences with ease of installation. Give it a try.

No instructions come with it.

Not compatible for Bose
Not a good stereo. Need the other connection. Bolts right up but could not get any sound. Sad i got it working but did not want to bypass the Bose I paid extra for it as well. Directions none existent and the link did nothing for directions. Highly do not recommend

Don’t buy
Is -not- compatible with the Bose system, you have to bypass your amp for the unit to work. CarPlay function lasted about 3 days. After 8 days, the screen is non operational. Spend a little more on a better unit.
