This is a wonderful appliance. I threw out my old one and bought this and I have no regrets. This toaster is sleek, efficient and looks nice on my counter.

A fine toaster. Does what it should. The only improvement would be having a white line on the level knob to see the settings better. I placed white using whiteout.

Have used this for a while now and it is excellent. Toast seems to come out much more even in colour than my old Bosch toaster. The ability to be able to raise the toast without turning it off (to allow checking of colour) is a rather useful feature. The other thing that I like is that the toaster is completely smooth metal on top, other toasters I have used have had odd inset slots around the top that act as crumb magnets and end up looking awful. Highly recommended.

Did a lot of research before buying this and we also have a 2 slot version at work which is substantially made. I bought the shiny polished version which looks great and it is easy to keep clean too with a quick wipe down. It toasts evenly and quickly and the brown and lift function is great. I like the minimalist look and every works. The only little niggle was that the browning controls are black and it is difficult to see what setting they are on, but easily remedied with some white paint or nail varnish to indicate the setting. This should be done by Russell Hobbs as black on black may look cool but is not functional! Otherwise a well made and good value toaster.

Looks smart and toasts bread - nothing more to say really. Does what it is supposed to with no issues

Grand toaster, with a defrost and reheat feature. Main gripe is any taller slices will get an uneven roasting but I sort that by flipping the bread upside down and putting on the reheat (which is also great for keeping toast warm while you butter slices. Truly a toaster you'd proudly want on your kitchen counter!

Terrible toaster. Either burns or doesn't cook your toast nothing in between. One side no longer pops up at all after 2 months light usage. See photo. Turned off and left hand handle won't pop up.
