This is a really cute, solid display map of the United States and its various National Parks. What a fun way to track where we've been - the little trees are easy to separate, though not so easy that they fall apart and scatter everywhere! The packaging was solid so everything arrived in great shape. The stand is just right for a display setting or a curio cabinet, but you can hang it on the wall as well. I only wish there was a bit more space to do something like mark dates for each tree as you fill in the park. The adhesive on the trees seems to hold well so far, so we are now planning our next park visit so we can place another tree!

This is a great map for people who enjoy the parks. I like putting tiny pine trees into the slots of the places I have been. We use the marker to put our initials on the trees for the places each of us has been. That way two of us are using it. It's fun to have a visual display. I realized that I've been to a lot of national parks in the United States, including Hawaii, but I've haven't been in any in the eastern part of the United States. The map is made of wood and the colors they used are very nice. I like how the map sits on an overlay of Redwood trees in the background. It is a nice piece artistically, in addition to being a fun map. I gave it only four stars because it's not perfect. The box that it comes in is nice looking, but difficult to open without ripping it up. I also wish that the ink that was used to name each place was a little bit darker; it's a little difficult to read the names with aging eyes. I like that I have a choice to either use it standing up or hanging on the wall. It's a good size; big enough to see, but not so big that it's going to take up a lot of space. Even if you don't travel a lot, this could be used as a educational tool about the United States and all of our wonderful parks.

Coolest map ever! Extremely well made die cut wooden pieces and a beautiful map of major national parks (as we know them today). I am excited as it has been a lifelong dream to one day maybe take a retro camper van and a guitar with hiking boots and rock climbing gear and just go to many of the parks. But I never had a handy map and didnt quite realize there were so many I didnt know about. What I find this great for is use whole traveling or hanging or display at home (it has multiple display options) and the easy pegs and markers. Great for kids or adults. Fantastic gift. The only con: Alaska and Hawaii are kind of scrunched together and harder to define at first for kids. But overall the entire map is nice.

This wooden U.S. National Parks travel tracker is a nice addition to our trailer. The little pine trees are really cute, and it comes with everything you need to mark the parks you’ve visited and turn this piece into a fun keepsake of your travels. I would love to see something similar for States Parks as well. It seems well made, although I would say it’s a bit expensive. The materials themselves probably don’t fully justify the price, you’re mostly paying for the idea. That said, it’s not like similar items are much cheaper anyway. It makes a lovely gift for someone who enjoys traveling and exploring new parks. Overall, it’s a charming and fun way to keep track of the places you’ve visited.

This map makes it easy to track the US National Parks you have visited. It hangs nicely on the wall and is easy to then mark with a tree pin which ones you visited. The map is very nice because you can hang it on the wall with the included hangars and push pins, or you can use it on the included table stand.
