This is a pretty good under desk bracket for a small system. I ended up using it for a SFF system like an HP EliteDesk 800 SFF. This is wider than a small NAS but the width of the system really doesn't matter since the brackets are screwed in directly, just be extra sure on your measurements AND alignment. I used a carpenter square to help get it straight with the front of the desk. The height is adjustable, so it was easy to find the right setting and build the side brackets. I mounted the rear retaining bracket last after fitting the system in so it sits flush with the front of the desk. It's a clean look though I chose to put the rear bracket off center, otherwise it would block some ports. It's strong enough to hold a fully loaded SFF system, no worries about it falling.

Does not fit even a standard PC. This is so tiny I understand that it does expand but this did not fit my son's mid tier gaming PC. We picked this up because we thought it would give him some space on his PC desk if we mounted the tower underneath. Unfortunately this was not the case.

Honestly, having my NAS no longer visible is such a win for overall aesthetics. It really cleans up the look and feel of my entire setup. The only real hiccup I ran into was with the installation process itself. It wasn't super easy to measure everything out beforehand, which definitely made getting it perfectly in place a bit more challenging. However, once it was finally up and adjusted, I truly love the results. For a less cluttered desk and hidden hardware, it's definitely worth it.
