How does this stay clean after an explosive dump? Seems like a great way to get nasties up in your lady parts

An explosive dump will definitely splatter onto the nozzles. But thankfully, most of us don't have an explosive dump too often. But it does happen. And when it does, it goes everywhere. It'll happen with or without this. But it's not recommended to wash the lady parts with any kind of bidet after an explosive dump. Use it for regular dumps and you should be fine.

is nozzel self-cleanning (slim version) ?

The same company makes a BioMist steam cleaner you can use to clean it. Very cheap and simple to use! If not, just gently clean it with a mild cleaner when you clean your toilet. Easy peasy!

Is anyone concerned about how clean the water is? Take the lid off your tank and see how clean it is in the tank.

Tanks get dirty looking because the water stands in it for extended periods of time. The minerals discolor the tank surface. High copper content will give it a dirty brown/copper color. But it's the same water you shower with and brush your teeth with.

The spray gets through under the seat and gets water on the floor. Is there a way to prevent this?

If you have an elongated seat you will have more room to spray. Just be sure to sit all the way back on your seat & turn the knob EVER SO SLIGHTLY for the amount of spray you want. Ya gotta be sitting on the seat.
