I wasn’t sure about right size for me after delivery, so got both, I would say that it really depends on what kind of clothes you wear during pregnancy, I had just regular soft and flexible pants L size and pregnancy underwear with low waist UK 12 size, so L/XL size became ideal for me right after the birth. Was my best choice for hospital. But if you wear UK 14+ underwear size while pregnant, L/XL will likely be too small for you after the delivery.

I bought these on a whim being a my first pregnancy I didn't really know what I needed and theres so many products out there but these have been great postpartum! Great absorption and comfortable in my underwear Great for the price! I had a c-section and these go right up to my bellybutton and out the way of my scar while it's healing.

These are a great idea for post-partum mums, use and throw away to save all the hassle whilst you need to recover. These are comfy, stretchy and very absorbant. They take away all leakage worries and mean I have one less thing to worry about. Whilst they are badged as post partum, they are just as good for incontinence- a struggle felt by so many, but not talked about enough! I will admit, they are not dissimilar from a large adult nappy type garment (surely if we put our collective heads together we can make them slightly less nappy-ish?), but honestly for anyone who is post partum or suffers from incontinence, dignity is impacted more from leakage you can see from on top of your clothes, than what you wear underneath them. These are worth every penny for peace of mind! If you are in two minds about whether to get these, I would totally recommend giving them a try. If this is your first baby, I can confirm the post partum deluge is real, and in my case, lasted for an awfully long time. I will be giving these to my pregnant daughter as a 'must include' in her maternity bag - stretchy, comfy and absorbant...like music to a post partums mums ears. If you are looking at these because you need additional support post having your babies a long time ago, having an illness, or just the joys of getting older...give them a try, they work great, they withstand the pressure of multiple sneeze attacks and coughing fits - the nemesis of any stress incontinence issues. I can also now belly laugh without worrying. Lots of support for anyone who feels the need to get these, for any reason, good luck, and I hope they give you back the dignity and confidence of anyone with rock iron pelvic floor muscles

They're comfortable and don't chafe. The absorption capacity is also excellent. You don't have to worry about overnight wear or any unexpected situations after giving birth.

My mum uses a lot of pads but found this 7-pack set to be one of the best, as they are really absorbent, which gives her peace of mind at night. They are listed as postpartum recovery but you can use them as normal pads as well, if you need the extra security of being dry. They are stretchy and can be pulled up as normal underwear, which is way better than having pads with wings. Very Comfy, safe and secure, what more could you want?

Die First Days Maternity saugfähige Einweg-Unterwäsche durften wir im Zuge des Amazon Vine-Programs testen. Meine Meinung ist davon unbeeinflusst. Als aktuell schwangere Zweifachmama weiß ich aus Erfahrung, wie wichtig die richtige Ausstattung fürs Wochenbett ist – und solche Einweg-Unterwäsche gehört für mich definitiv dazu. Zum Einsatz gekommen sind sie bei mir zwar noch nicht, aber ich kenne ähnliche Produkte bereits aus den vorherigen Geburten und möchte sie auch diesmal nicht missen. Gerade in den ersten Tagen nach der Geburt sind sie einfach unglaublich praktisch und erleichtern den Alltag enorm. Positiv finde ich hier vor allem, dass die Unterwäsche einzeln verpackt ist. So kann man problemlos ein paar Stück in die Kliniktasche oder später in die Wickeltasche packen – hygienisch und unkompliziert! Das Material wirkt angenehm weich und ausreichend dehnbar, sodass es sich gut an den Körper anpassen sollte, ohne einzuengen. Genau das ist im Wochenbett besonders wichtig. Für mich sind solche Produkte ein absolutes Must-have für jede Mama nach der Geburt. Sie bieten Komfort, Sicherheit und nehmen einem ein kleines Stück Stress in einer ohnehin intensiven Zeit. Insgesamt ein sehr sinnvolles Produkt für die Erstausstattung im Wochenbett, das bei mir definitiv wieder zum Einsatz kommen wird.

J’ai commandé ces serviettes de maternité pour la période post-accouchement, et je dois dire que c’est le genre de produit qu’on est vraiment contente d’avoir sous la main pendant les premiers jours. Pour être honnête, après un accouchement on cherche surtout du confort et de la sécurité, et ces culottes absorbantes remplissent bien ce rôle. Elles sont très absorbantes, ce qui est rassurant surtout les premiers jours où les saignements peuvent être assez importants. Le fait que tout soit intégré évite de devoir ajouter une serviette à l’intérieur, donc rien ne bouge et il y a moins de risque de fuite. Le coton bio sur la partie intérieure est doux contre la peau, ce qui est appréciable quand la zone est sensible. On sent que la matière est respirante et ça évite la sensation d’humidité. J’ai aussi trouvé la taille extensible bien pensée. La culotte s’adapte facilement au corps après la naissance sans serrer ni comprimer. La coupe est assez haute, ce qui peut être pratique aussi après une césarienne car ça ne vient pas appuyer sur la cicatrice. Autre point positif, elles sont faciles à enfiler et à retirer, ce qui peut sembler un détail mais qui devient important quand on est fatiguée ou qu’on doit changer rapidement, surtout la nuit. Au final, c’est un produit simple mais très utile pour la récupération post-partum. Avoir une protection fiable et confortable dans cette période fait vraiment la différence.
