I prefer to put small odds and ends in nice storage boxes rather than leaving them lying out on shelves as I dislike clutter. These shelf baskets help to keep things organized. They offer an aesthetically pleasing, neutral colored look that goes well with our home decor. I also appreciated the fact that the insides were lined, so you don’t have to worry about delicate items snagging - like with some other woven baskets. I definitely recommend using these for more lightweight items like clothing, fabric, purses, hair accessories, pantry snacks, etc. I wouldn’t put anything heavy or breakable inside. The lids also do not have a locking mechanism to secure them, so you will have to be careful if lifting them off the shelf. That being said, they are super easy to open and close because of this, and are good for items you may want to access frequently. The boxes nest inside each other, which is space saving when not in use.

Lately, I have been all about “water hyacinth” weaving but when I saw this set of bamboo storage boxes, I could not pass them up! Above all, anything made of natural materials or natural “looking” is always going to be a #win for me and these will blend nicely with all the other natural décor around the room we are in the process of re-doing. When I first saw the price tag for this set, I was a little weary, thinking it might be too high, but once I got a look at the boxes, it because clear they are well worth the price. I’ve tried to attach all kinds of pics in different angles for you to see what I see, so hopefully it will help with your decision. Okay, there’s 3 to a pack and they fit nicely one on top of the other and inside of each other if you need to store them for the future. The inside lining is a nice material with some areas glued and some areas sewn. Both are professionally done, imo. There are some design hiccups where you might see a cracked slat or something overly glued (as pictured) but that’s also part of the appeal if you ask me. If you want something to look natural and handmade, it shouldn’t look perfect. Feel me? All 3 boxes are a nice size giving you plenty of options for usage. They all have a small material lid that is sewn to the front so you can easily open and close the lid. I’m giving the set 4 stars because it does have those hiccups and although I think the price is worth it, realistically, it is a bit higher than it probably should be.
