The product felt stickier than expected — is that normal?

To avoid stickiness, build coverage in light layers, wiping away any excess between applications. Allow each layer to dry completely before applying the next.

Can I use The Gray Escape on natural hair?

Yes, The Gray Escape can be used on both colored and natural hair. It’s ideal for covering gray strands without committing to hair color. Designed for roots, but can be used sparingly on mid-lengths for best results.

Can The Gray Escape be used on eyelashes?

No, The Gray Escape is formulated for use on hair and eyebrows. It is not designed or tested to be used on eyelashes.

How can I make The Gray Escape last longer?

Pro Tip: For extra staying power, lightly mist hair with hairspray after applying. The Gray Escape is smudge-, flake-, sweat-, and pillow-proof, but is a temporary gray coverage solution that washes out with shampoo.

Will it cover stubborn grays?

Yes. The formula is highly pigmented and effectively covers grays. It offers buildable coverage, allowing you to layer as needed for seamless, complete results—even on resistant grays.
