Significantly cheaper than an 'authentic' replacement and looks great. Material feels very moisture resistant, but will tell if durability holds up. The material is a bit 'sticky' initially. Seller was easy to work with via messages. Be ready to provide measurements. Expect the shipping time to take a while.

Factory Sunsetter awnings have a 1/4” spline sealed into the upper and lower edges of the fabric. When installing replacement fabric, it is intended that the spline, with the fabric wrapped around it, slides into slots on the roller and the front rail, holding the fabric securely to the roller and rail. The replacement fabric I received had no spline installed, just a sleeve into which a spline supposedly could be slid. The splines that I bought separately couldn’t be slid in more than four feet of my 13’ fabric width. It is like pushing rope. Without the splines, there is no way to secure the replacement fabric to the awning structure. I returned the fabric for a refund (and I returned the spline material separately).

Ordered 16x9.8 for my sunsetter model 1100. Ordered tan color once I figured out how. Need to place order, then send message to seller indicating the color number from the color chart. Fabric slightly thinner than original. Does NOT come with the plastic cords needed to slide into the ends of the awning for installing onto the sunsetter frame. Fortunately I did save 2 of the 3 cords needed. Lay the new fabric flat and slowly insert the cord, pushing towards other end. I found you need to squash and round out the small pocket the cord goes into or it will stick and be difficult to push thru. Especially on a 16ft awning. I used a ratchet strap to hold the awning frame arms in a position so that the fabric was somewhat loose and easier to slide into the frame slots. Only 4 stars due to not providing plastic cords, and unsure of durability.

Seems to be a good quality material. You should know that you must use existing dowl to insert in the pockets on both ends of fabric to replace the awning.

The edge was not even straight.

We ask for a custom size to fit our old sunsetter awning and they were able to make it for us. It came out beautiful we are very happy with it.

It’s fine and it was very easy to install. Unfortunately the measurements you supply are not what you will receive. My awning was about 12” less wide than ordered.

Did some cleaning at home before the New Year and bought a new awning fabric to replace the old one. Installed it myself, and the fit was perfect! The color is gorgeous too—so happy with it!
