CoQ10 200mg with Probiotics, 50 Billion CFUs from 10 Strains Per Serving, Bioavailable Ubiquinone, for Heart, Gut, 60 Vegan Capsules, Non-GMO

I've got pretty poor digestive health in general. Adding this to the fiber supplement I already take looks to have improved things. Less often do I feel like someone is kicking me in the guts. It has 50 Billion CFUs and 10 strains, which is more than a probiotic I used to buy that was more expensive than this.I also like that taking two capsules covers both heart and gut health. It is much easier than dealing with having a different product or bottle for each thing individually and feels like a two for one deal. I can't so much speak to the heart health portion of it, since that's not necessarily something you're going to notice a difference like with gut health. I will say, though, that since I've been taking these I've noticed a little bump in my energy. I like that because I work from home and definitely don't get out enough or get enough exercise so I usually start to feel like taking a nap mid-day. While that feeling is still there, it's less common than it was.The only negative I could say is that the capsules smell and taste kinda bad, but that's neither here nor there. For me, it does what it says on the tin, so I'd recommend it to others.

I have been looking for a way to streamline my daily supplement routine, and this combination of CoQ10 and probiotics has been a seamless addition. Since I started taking these vegan capsules, I have had zero complaints regarding digestion or ease of use. The 200 mg dose of ubiquinone provides a solid foundation for cardiovascular support, while the inclusion of 50 billion CFUs across ten different probiotic strains addresses gut health simultaneously. It is quite convenient to get both benefits in a single serving rather than taking multiple separate pills. The capsules themselves are standard in size and easy to swallow, with no noticeable aftertaste or stomach upset during my daily routine. I appreciate that they are non-GMO and follow a vegan-friendly formula, which aligns well with my specific dietary preferences. For anyone wanting to support their systems without cluttering their cabinet with various bottles, these are an effective and straightforward choice. The quality seems consistent, and the blend of ingredients feels well-balanced for daily maintenance.

I’ve been taking this CoQ10 + Probiotics supplement for a little while now, and the idea behind it is honestly what caught my attention. Combining CoQ10 for cellular energy and heart support with probiotics for digestion sounds convenient since it targets two things in one supplement. I like that it provides a solid 200 mg dose of CoQ10 and a high 50 billion CFU probiotic blend with multiple strains, which makes the formula feel pretty comprehensive. That said, the benefits are fairly subtle and not something I noticed right away—energy levels didn’t dramatically change, and digestive improvements were mild rather than dramatic. It’s also one of those supplements where consistency matters, so you have to stick with it to see if it really works for you.Overall, the ingredients and concept are strong, but results may vary depending on what you’re hoping to get out of it.

This supplements has a nice small blend of ingredients that are listed to help with cellular energy, heart health, and digestive wellness. The ingredients are the CoQ10 and then a good number of probiotics all in a veggie capsule. They are easy to take having an average size oblong smooth feeling capsule. They have a bright yellow color to them and don't have much if any for a scent or taste. They seem to work but the biggest noticeable thing to me is the better digestion and less bloated feeling while seeming to help with regularity. I am not sure what to look for in heart health to be noticeable. I haven't had any negate reactions though. At the current price of about 16 dollars for the bottle of 30 servings it seems like a good value. A serving is 2 capsules with the bottle containing 60. The expiration date for the bottle I received is over 2 years out. The quality seems decent with the company listing that these are lab tested and made in a GMP certified facility.

Worked amazingly for my grandma. She is on statins so this helped her a lot with replacing her coq10 levels and has the added benefit of an added probiotic too.

Doctor’s Recipes CoQ10 with Probiotics is a combination supplement that pairs a standard dose of CoQ10 with a relatively high probiotic count. It's likely imported (country of origin not disclosed anywhere on product label), non-GMO, vegan, lab tested and free of dairy, gluten, soy, egg, wheat, fish, tree nuts or peanuts. Each 2-capsule serving offers 200 mg of CoQ10 per serving and includes 50 billion CFUs from 10 probiotic strains (mostly Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species). The CoQ10 component uses ubiquinone, which is the traditional and widely used form of CoQ10. While ubiquinol is sometimes marketed as more bioavailable, ubiquinone remains the most common form found in supplements and is generally stable and well‑tolerated. The capsules have a neutral aroma and do not have the strong scent sometimes associated with CoQ10 powders.Overall, this supplement presents a straightforward formulation combining two commonly used supplements into one product.

I had an adverse reaction to this but that's just me. I can't do this review justice with only having tried it once and that one time being negative experience. This may be a wonderful product for someone but not for me.

I take quite a few supplements daily, and Doctor's Recipes has become one of the brands I consistently trust. I already have several of their products in my cabinet, and they’ve always been well-made and reliable, so I was excited to try this CoQ10 with Probiotics formula.First off, the combination itself is interesting and convenient. You’re getting 200 mg of CoQ10 (ubiquinone) along with 50 billion CFUs from 10 probiotic strains, which means this capsule is supporting both heart health and gut health at the same time. I like products that simplify my supplement routine, and this definitely helps cut down on the number of pills I need to take. The capsules are vegan and easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any stomach upset taking them. Some probiotic blends can be a little rough at first, but this one has been very gentle for me. It’s nice knowing I’m getting a solid probiotic dose while also supporting cellular energy and cardiovascular health with CoQ10.Another thing I appreciate about this brand is the overall quality. Like the other Doctor's Recipes supplements I’ve used, these feel thoughtfully formulated and well packaged. The bottle arrived sealed and fresh, and everything about it feels like a premium product.Overall, if you already take CoQ10 or probiotics, this is a great way to get both in one supplement from a brand that has been consistently good in my experience. If you’re already familiar with Doctor's Recipes products like I am, this one fits right in with the rest of their lineup. Definitely a solid addition to my daily routine.
