very pretty colors
You get five balls of mercerized cotton cordonnet thread. It is firm and smooth and shiny. The colors are so beautiful, separately, and they work together very nice. Each thread ball comes in a ziplock bag, and they all together packed in a long cardboard box. The balls are generous size.

Impressive thread
This is impressive thread! I don't use it for crochet or lace making but instead I use it for my embroidery and needlepoint projects. It's most similar to DMC's pearle 8. They do seem to use the color chart from DMC but the colors do not match exactly so keep that in mind as you are planning. The thread is easy to use and it's a good value for the amount on the spool
