I have never seen a bookmark like this before, but I found out about it at the right time. I have a beautiful new reading journal for this year (2026) and I am really happy to be able to keep a pen always close by. My first impressions were very good and so far it is living up to them. It is strong and well made with nice detailing. I love the M which I chose for my role as Mama, and I also love the deep red colour. The magnet is plenty strong enough, the elastic holds my pen securely, and I have no problem taking a pen in and out easily. It is possible to move the bookmark between pages, but as the pen can make those pages quite heavy, rips to these pages are likely. There are two ways this can be used though. The way I’m using it is one way: as a pen holder, immobile, holding onto a few pages at the back of a heavy book where a pen can be taken in and out before and after use, or as a magnetic bookmark only. I think this is really well-priced at £4.99 and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an interesting pen holder for the back of a textbook or as a magnetic bookmark, just perhaps not as a moveable bookmark that holds a pen. Also, thanks to the ‘initials’ personalisation, this can also make a cute gift to the student or bibliophile in your life.

Although this pen loop/bookmark is well made and strong I feel compelled to dock a star because I don't believe it's really suited as a dual functioning item and the bookmark has limited scope. Other than that, as a pen holder it's brilliant. I have a thick leather diary that has an integral pen loop but it's way too narrow so I never use it. This is a hardback and in my opinion that's the only kind of book that's going to work with this clip. The leather of the clip is thick and as a bookmark it does leave...er...marks. I'll stick with a simple cardboard bookmark or the elastic page marker that goes with my diary. Clipped to the book cover of a hardback or any book with firm book boards is ideal for this little gadget. The magnet is strong and it stays in place. The loop is ample and takes one of my fatter pens easily. I like that I can move this around to other books if desired and it's well made and looks like it'll last the course. I would like to see the product photos be a little more transparent because although at the price I wasn't persuaded that I'd get 6 clips, the photos are misleading and a buyer could make a quick decision based on them and find out they're in for disappointment. Apart from that there's nothing not to like about this as a pen loop. Ok as a marker on a hardback if you're ok with possible dents in pages but perfect as a pen holder. Looks & works great with a leather bound hardback. Recommend

Es un excelente accesorio para personalizar tus cuadernos o fundas. Lo bueno al no se adhesivo y ser magnético, es que no se está despegando a cada rato. El imán es lo suficientemente fuerte como para aguantar bien el bolígrafo. Además, el porta bolígrafos es de goma elástica y no metálico como otros del mercado que rayan los bolígrafos o las plumas. Este en cambio no raya tus materiales, permite llevar el bolígrafo siempre contigo y ajusta a casi cualquier tamaño de boli. Muy recomendado.

Ich habe dieses magnetische Lesezeichen als Geschenk gekauft. Es ist personalisiert mit dem Anfangsbuchstaben des Vornamens und war von Anfang an für ein bestimmtes Notizbuch gedacht, das täglich genutzt wird und bisher keine Stiftschlaufe hatte. Schon beim Auspacken macht das Material einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Das Leder fühlt sich angenehm an, die Nähte sind sauber gesetzt und nichts wirkt billig oder hastig verarbeitet. Ich muss jedoch dazu erwähnen, dass ich mir nicht zu hundert Prozent sicher bin, ob es echtes Leder ist. Spielt aber weder für mich noch für die zu beschenkende Person eine Rolle. Die Gravur ist klar und ordentlich, ohne ausgefranste Ränder oder ungleichmäßige Stellen. Auch der Magnet hält zuverlässig und fühlt sich stabil an. Ich habe das Lesezeichen selbst kurz ausprobiert, um zu sehen, wie es sitzt. Als klassisches Lesezeichen funktioniert es problemlos, das Buch schließt sauber und verrutscht nicht. Besonders gut gefällt mir aber die Nutzung vorne am Einband. Dort sieht es richtig gut aus und erfüllt gleichzeitig den Zweck als Stifthalter. Der Stift sitzt fest in der Schlaufe und fällt nicht heraus. Gerade als Geschenk wirkt das Ganze sehr durchdacht und persönlich. Man merkt, dass es nicht einfach ein Standard-Lesezeichen ist, sondern eher ein kleines, hochwertiges Accessoire fürs tägliche Notizbuch.

Cet objet donne une touche originale et classe au marque-page que l'on a l'habitude de trouver plutôt sous une forme moins soignée. Le poinçon avec l'initiale permet en outre une personnalisation appréciée. La fabrication en cuir cousu associe une image de qualité à l'objet. Utilisé pour des romans, la fonction de porte stylo ne m'est pas nécessaire. Je ne l'ai donc pas testée mais elle parait une bonne idée si le marque page est utilisé sur un bloc-note. Une idée cadeau peu onéreuse et durable.

La cosa che apprezzo di più è che mi permette di ritrovare al volo l’ultima pagina dove ho preso appunti, senza dover sfogliare avanti e indietro ogni volta. La M in stile vintage sul fronte è stata il motivo per cui l’ho scelto e come extra è anche la mia iniziale, cosa che lo rende ancora più personale. ​ La presa dei magneti è davvero forte: una volta agganciato ai fogli non scivola, neppure tenendo il blocco in verticale o spostandolo spesso tra scrivania e riunioni. Proprio perché il segnalibro è piuttosto pesante, però, conviene bloccare insieme più fogli; se si stringe solo una pagina sottile si rischia di rovinarla, quindi su libri in brossura leggeri potrebbe non essere il massimo. L’anello portapenne è piuttosto stretto e questo, nel mio caso, è un vantaggio: la penna “normale” che ci tengo resta ben salda e non è mai caduta fuori mentre mi muovo. ​ La sorpresa più positiva è l’eleganza generale dell’oggetto: il blu, lo stile vintage con iniziale e l’aspetto in pelle lo fanno sembrare un piccolo accessorio di classe da tenere sempre sul tavolo. Non è solo carino da vedere, però, perché come segnalibro con portapenne fa davvero il suo lavoro e rende più ordinato l’uso del blocco appunti nelle giornate piene. Se l’esperienza d’uso dovesse cambiare in modo evidente, tornerò qui con un aggiornamento.

The "JSRQT Personalized Magnetic Leather Bookmark..." is extremely magnetic. The two sides are very magnetically attracted to each other and hold your place very firmly. The fact that this bookmark is made of thick leather, it is heavier than most of the ones I've used. In order not to damage or rip the book pages because of its weight, it needs to be clipped onto several pages at once. The magnets are strong enough to easily connect through several pages so it's not a huge issue. The embossed monogram is nicely done, and there's a nice stitch detail all around the bookmark as well. There's an elastic loop attached to this bookmark that is meant to hold a pen or pencil. I find that this feature, if used is more annoying than helpful. First, actually putting the pen in the loop isn't simple (especially if your pen is thicker or has a clip attached to pen proper). So the pen/pencil needs to be thin, light and without extra features for easier handling. Second, removing the pen for usage is mostly a several step process. You either need to remove the bookmark from its place in the book to remove the tightly secured pen or hold on to the bookmark while still in place and remove the pen being careful not to rip any pages. Essentially, it's always a 2 handed process. Finally, putting a pen in that loop just adds to the weight of the whole thing which risks damaging the book. If you don't use the pen loop this, in my opinion, is a 4.5 because it's super strength! The fact that you have a choice not to use the pen loop is really good because it doesn't get in the way anyway.
