This is my third one. I have a travel one in a case that I take with me when I travel. I love how think it is and the quality, and that you can fold it up to get more support under your knees.

I love that you can fold it up for storage! Works excellent for a heated sculpt class. I received lots of compliments on it.

This is the best yoga mat I’ve ever had!

My previous favorite was a Lululemon 5mm mat which provides the cushion and traction I like. However, it’s heavy and rolling it and keeping it rolled tight is frustrating - so I hesitate to grab it unless I’m SERIOUS about using it because it feels kinda fussy. Weight & Cushion I haven’t actually weighed this mat, but it feels lighter although it also seems to have the same amount of cushion. The Fold Advantage I don’t mind the creases where the folds are. I love that it can easily be used while folded as a soft prop for: Resting your knees on during (non-exercise) projects around the house An assist during certain workouts Quick workouts while camping Recovery-Friendly I’ve been recovering from a recent surgery and really appreciate that this is so lightweight and easy to flatten out over my rolled-up heavy mat. I’m trying to incorporate more strengthening exercise as part of my recovery and physical therapy. Lululemon Travel Mat Comparison Lululemon has a travel mat I’d been eyeing, but it’s 1.5mm thick and still rolls up. If I was looking for something to bring in my suitcase on a plane specifically, that might fit the need. However, I’m going to get a lot more use out of this thicker folding mat! Value Assessment It’s the same price as Lululemon’s Align 5mm mat, so I think it’s a fair value since I know I’m getting more use out of this one. I usually stick to roll‑up mats, but this fold-able mat is on a completely different level. The textured surface gives me great grip even when I’m sweaty, and the dense padding makes floor work so much more comfortable. It’s firm without feeling hard, and my wrists and knees definitely appreciate the extra support. (My knees are thanking me) The fold-able panel design is a game changer for home workouts. No more curled edges, no slipping, no fighting with a rolled mat that never lays flat. It unfolds perfectly every time, stays put on the floor, and it's long enough that I never feel like I’m hanging off the edge. I’ve even used it for strength training, it doesn’t slide when I’m doing squats, pushups, or balance work. A few things I really like: - Excellent traction. It stays put and I stay put, no sliding around. - Thick, cushioned support that still feels stable - Folds neatly and stays clean between uses - Works on carpet or hard floors, It doesn't slide around on the floor. - Can stack sections for extra height or cushioning - Durable, high‑quality feel I ordered the color 'Dune". Perfect name for a color, it's a wonderful soft light sand color. Not flashy. It's a color that means business. It’s definitely pricier than a basic yoga mat, but the versatility and undeniable quality makes it worth it. This has become my go‑to surface for yoga, stretching, strength training, basically everything. Total upgrade.

For the price point, i expected this to look and feel a bit more luxurious. Grip is also not the best

I wanted a mat that feels more supportive for different kinds of workouts, and this one is easy to use and switch between flat and folded positions. It feels steady during yoga and floor exercises, and the grip helps keep me from sliding. It’s also lightweight, so it’s easy to carry and store without any hassle. There’s no strong smell, which I really appreciate, and I like the folding design. The only downside is the price. It feels a bit high, and I’d consider another one if there were a more budget-friendly option.

Love this! This is definitely an upgrade over yoga mats I've had in the past. I'm normally the type of person who gets a budget roll-up foam mat and calls it a day, but I decided to take a gamble on this and try out something new -- and I definitely wasn't disappointed. The foldable design and heavier weight than a typical mat means that this can't really be transported, but I was looking for something to use at-home. It's thick and firm, but oddly, not uncommfortable to sit/lay on -- it's surprisingly easy even when I'm putting serious pressure on my hands and wrists. It feels dense and high-quality, and I haven't had any issues with my hands or feet slipping since I started using it -- great traction imo. It really feels dense and durable. I also love the look, oddly enough. It's a basic black color, and is easy to fold and unfold without any of the curling edges that I used to be annoyed by with rolling options. This is nice and long as well -- it stretched the full length of my queen bed, for context, so I think it would fit nearly anyone. I also love how versatile this is -- ex: I started using this for strength training exercises as well after seeing the product photos, and it stays stable and doesn't slide on the floor, even when I stand on it to do dumbbell squats, or lean on it for incline pushups. Overall, I think this is a great mat -- a bit much for a yoga mat alone tbh, but excellent value for an all-rounder tool like this. 5 stars!
