This was a very easy install, and came with all the proper tools to clean the surface and prepare the 3M glue. The stickies were a lot stronger than I thought they would be. I do not have any issues rolling up and down the windows. If you have window tint, it will make the windows appear very dark from the outside looking in.

These shades are fantastic. It just takes a little adjustment to get the perfect fit. The only thing that I don't like is the sticky tape is not that great. Just replace it with some 3M double sided tape and you're good. Great product for the money

Very well made, but... They are much heavier than I expected and very inconvenient if you need to roll down the driver's window - say you pull up to a drive-thru window. I did not attach the magnets to my (new) car window frame but they do fit snuggly enough that they don't fall out while driving (so far). They really aren't much good as a sunshade but work well to keep the bugs out while I camp. I will leave the passenger side sitting in the frame full time but plan on going ahead and having my windows tinted. I will use the driver side only when camping. but now I have to store it somewhere - bummer

Returned due to fit and didn’t like the installation options as we don’t want to add things to the car that may not be easy to remove.

For the price of the unit the adhesive is really weak. While attaching the magnet to my door frame the magnet was strong enough to pull the bracket off the adhesive and the magnet stuck to my door frame. Bought some magnets off Amazon to secure the shade. The shade is a bit small and wasn’t able to stretch it out like the product video advised but the shade is exactly what I wanted.

I got these for my boyfriend’s 2022 Hyundai Elantra, which is the car we use most of the time. We’ve been driving around the Midwest for work over the last two months, so these have gotten plenty of actual use. What I like most is that they really do fit the Elantra well. I’ve used generic car shades before, and these look a lot cleaner and less like a makeshift, cheap-looking add-on. They cover the side windows nicely, and the magnetic design makes them easy to put on and take off without messing around with clips or suction cups. Once they’re on, they stay put well, including at highway speeds. They help block direct sun, which makes the car more comfortable on bright, warm days. I also like that you can still open the windows for some airflow, and the mesh helps keep bugs out. That’s nice when you want to park somewhere and relax with the windows open but still have some shade and privacy. They seem to be holding up well too. The mesh is lightweight, but it doesn’t feel cheap, and they haven’t started sagging or stretching out even with repeated use. We’ve used them during regular driving, highway driving, and plenty of time parked, and they’ve stayed in place the whole time. There are a couple minor inconveniences worth mentioning. Even though they’re easy to remove, they’re not the kind of thing you can quickly roll up or neatly fold and toss somewhere convenient while you’re on the road. If you’re not using them, they make more sense to store at home or in the trunk. As the driver, I also found that having the shade in place can make certain interactions a little awkward, like talking to someone in the next lane, going through a drive-through, using a bank or drive-up ATM, paying at a parking garage, or dealing with a traffic stop. They’re easy enough to pull off when needed, but it can still be mildly annoying. Overall, I think these are a really useful accessory if you spend a lot of time in your car and want better shade, some privacy, and the option to open the windows. For road trips, parked use, and everyday comfort, they’ve been a solid addition.
