Well i was suprised. I have been using it for about a week now. Flavour is good (think Robinsons fruit and barley squash) and mixes really well. Didnt really notice much impact till the last 2 days. Felt stronger for my weight lifting class and had a faster recovery but my spin class was when i really noticed the difference! I felt unstopable and there wasn't the usual russian roulette feeling after the class (will i faint, vom, s my pants!!)

Tbh i see the effect. But god it just has horrible taste!!!
