Great build. Much fun. Beautiful tomb.
This was so much fun to put together. It turned out so beautiful. It took about 7 hours. There are 2 directions (drawings) in the instruction booklet that are incorrect but I figured it out anyway. One of the photos is the mirror image of what it is supposed to be. And the drawing showing the arch room (Step 40) is incorrect- the ceiling in drawing is inside out..

For Egyptian Art Fans
This is one of the best book nook kits I have built. I have done several and this is my favorite. The wood is thick and easy to remove from the pattern sheets. I didn't have any pieces split or break during removal. Most pieces snapped together without requiring glue. The kit even came with a little hammer to aid in the construction. The lights all worked and were easy to install. The design is beautiful with lots of hieroglyphs . The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I took my time, but could have completed this kit in a day. I added a few personal touches which is always easy to do with these kits.

Very Fun and Highly Detailed!
I have other designs I've put together over the past year as I get more into wood models (and away from the old school plastic ones.) I have to say, this one is VERY nice, indeed! The wood is thicker, so less likely to break apart when removing from the cutouts, even the small skeleton arms. The printed surfaces are new to me as well. These are well done and make the item very presentable. The LEDs were a bit too bright, not as described, but I can replace those if I so choose. I love the fact that the clear sheet helps keep dust and kitten's paws out. I love seeing how others added additional stuff like sand and vipers and all that. Very nicely done.

Read reviews carefully!!!!!
I always consult the reviews (especially the 1 star ones) to see what the negatives are to a product. I looked at the one star reviews for "Timeless Melody" and they were bad (broken pieces, bad lighting, etc). But then I watched a person on YouTube put it together and it looked fine. Being as I really liked the subject of this nook, I relooked at the site and the reviews. Guess what? All the negative reviews were for another box (Haunted Mansion). So I ordered "Timeless Melody", just received it - the lights work and are bright and fine, the pieces look well colored and easy to pop out and the instructions complete and easy to follow. I love Amazon; however, you have to shop carefully and read the VERY FINE print!

Super fun kit!
This kit has officially launched my new career as a tiny furniture engineer. I had an absolute blast putting it together! Unlike some other kits that basically say โgood luck, survivor,โ this one actually included almost everything needed โ glue, scissors, ruler, tools, etc. (Batteries were apparently too expensive for the tiny people budget.) The instructions were easy to follow, and overall Iโd definitely give it 5 stars. That said, a few things deserve honorable mention: The instructions occasionally wanted measurements in millimeters, while the ruler confidently said, โBest I can do is centimeters.โ The scissors technically existed, but โcuttingโ may be too generous a description. Some pieces were so tiny that the included tool waved a white flag and gave up immediately. Youโll want something sharper and pointier unless you enjoy launching microscopic furniture parts into another dimension. Despite the occasional battle with miniature chaos, this kit was super fun and incredibly satisfying to complete. Iโm already eyeing my next tiny construction project.

Nice piece but no glue is working for plastic pieces.
Thatโs a very pretty book nook: 1950 diner. I just have one problem so far: the little plastic show vitrine for the baked goods. It wonโt stay together, so I glued it and itโs not working. Now itโs messed up with glue ( super glue) and I guess I need to figure something else out. I will not mess with it any longer. There is actually no glue to put plastic pieces together and drying fast enough to keep building that thing. Iโm not waiting 24 hours for one piece to dry up. Will update. OK, I laminated a plastic sheet and did cut a new cover for the baking sheet with the cakes. I carefully made a line with a knife on both ends, so I can fold it around the edges from the baking sheet. I only used the bigger original plastic sheet on the bottom and wrapped it with aluminum foil, glued the cakes back on and put double sided tape on the back to stick the clear cover on the sheet. If this makes sense. Will update again. So now Iโm working on the second floor and realized the 12mm stainless steel shafts are missing, need them for the little bar stools. I guess I need to to get creative again. But thatโs a reason to remove a star. New update: I found those stainless steel shafts in my leftover box from another book nook. Just had to cut one. Finally done and a little bit disappointed about the material. Itโs more a cardboard type material. Small parts break easily and I had to fix some parts. It turned out pretty but they could do better for that money.

Youโll really enjoy this!
So much fun to do! So easy and the directions were simple to follow. The pieces are all labeled clearly and the wood is sturdy so it snaps together perfectly. I was sad that I was able to finish it so fast. lol

Fun, easy build
This was such a fun build. I like that the booths have real vinyl on them. If youโve done one of these before you should have no problem with this. Itโs also one of the best quality kits Iโve done. The pieces are thicker and the graphics are bright.
