Standard mixer is OK.
This is a good mixer for the money. Two things: 2) It needs a "splater guard that covers the entire bowl, not just the front and side. 2) It should come with a mixing blade that "sweeps" the edges of the SS bowl better. Otherwise it requires frequent stop/starts to scrape down the edges.

Perfect for my weekly bread baking!
This 660W tilt-head kitchen mixer handles my stiff sourdough like a dream. The 7.5QT stainless steel bowl is huge enough for double batches. The 10 speeds give me total control. So glad I upgraded!
