Quality jacket. Nicely made with a lining inside. Material was just right on the thickness. Perfect for a prince or king costume. We added a ribbon sash, medal and crown. My son wears a large shirt. We ordered the XL jacket. Perfect fit.

This was the perfect jacket for a costume I was putting together for a 60s show. When I saw it I was reminded of a jacket the Beatles wore. It came wrinkled but I was able to steam and hang them out. It is very lightweight but fit well and the bright red showed well under the stage lights.

The jacket is ok, not quite what I expected more “black parade” than ren faire. The jackets fabric seems a little cheap, the embroidery is nice but the edging is a little plastic. The zip is very obvious so maybe a better anime costume than for medieval/ren faire.

This item is made with quality material, has a nice color to it, and is comfortable to wear. The sizing was true to what was stated in the description. Being it being used as a Halloween Costume, it should last for a long time. A good value for the money.

I got this just in time for Halloween and I ended up going another direction for my costume, but with some investment and a few accessories, this could be a top tier costume! The quality is 2/5 - This is because some of the seams were a little uneven. Fit 3/5 - I would like more options to fit the jacket closer to my form Look 5/5 - Looks great, much better than I'd have made, especially with the gold material. Flexibility 5/5 - You can make a lot of costume out of this: Ship captain, captain on the holodeck, stormlight archive characters (the blue would look great for house Kholin). Lots of options. Final impressions: This costume jacket is a great foundation for a costume but you WILL need other accessories to take it from bargain to beautiful. Given the price, you can do a lot with it, so the value is there, but you need to consider this a costume base and not the full ensemble.

This is the perfect jacket to complete our couple's costume (Prince Charming and Cinderella). I love that one piece can create a whole costume with the pants and boots my hubby already has. Even though it's not a lot of pieces of costume, it has the effect of making the whole look work. That keeps the storage low and offers a good value on investment in my opinion. Fit is just right and not going to add a lot of warmth but could be layered over a longsleeve shirt for colder climates.

This is WAY nicer than expected. I'm usually between a small and a medium, so I went with the medium and glad I did. It fits me like a glove! Honestly, like it was tailored just to me. It fits great in the chest and shoulders. The arms are the perfect length. The emroidery is really good quality, nice details. Quality zipper. The gold appliques are really nice - nicer than I thought they'd be, since other costumes I've bought in the past the gold cracks and crumbles. This coat is absolutely perfect, and should fit once I lose the 30lbs I'm hoping to lose. I ordered a shoulder braid to add to this costume, since it didn't come with one. Excited to see how that looks. I may also add epaulets to make it the ideal prince charming costume.

I was torn but ended up going with 5 stars. This is sized a bit small so I do recommend going the next size larger. It is a very sharp looking coat. It is much better quality and look than I was expecting. To be honest my expectations for this were quite low and this way exceeded those low expectations. It is a bit warm so depending on what type of person you are some might say this is a bit warm, but overall the comfort of this item is also very good. The value is very good. I can't complain too much at the price vs. what you actually get. If you are looking for something that looks like this then you should get it because it looks very close to what is in the pictures.
