M3 x 30mm (50Pcs) Pan Head Machine Screws, 304 Stainless Steel Phillips Cross Drive Screws Hardware Fastener

I've been using these small machine screws for home repairs and projects, and they've been more useful than I expected. I got them because I needed a reliable set of screws to replace the ones that were missing from a few things around the house. During installation, I thought they were very easy to use. They went in smoothly, whether I was screwing them into existing threaded holes or using them to hold small parts together. There was no binding or looseness. I didn't have to worry about getting them lined up, and they stayed in place without slipping or wobbling. The process included putting together a small device, tightening a small bracket, and fixing loose drawer handles. Once tightened, the screws maintained their position over time, even with frequent use. Even though they were small, they worked well on a wide range of tasks, from fixing things around the house to working on hobbies. If I have a reliable set of screws, I don't have to worry about whether they will fit or hold securely, and I don't have to keep looking for other options. They've become one of those things that I always grab when I need to secure something. These fasteners don't cause any new problems or require any extra work, which is honestly the best thing that could happen with them. Using them is easy and predictable, which saves time and keeps you from getting angry.

These screws shipped quickly, arrived well packed in a nice little plastic box, and are exactly the size they claim to be. The screw head is cut deep enough I’ve had no trouble with the screwdriver slipping. (that has been an issue with other screws from this site) The ends are perfectly cut, with no burs or sharp pieces anywhere. The threads are clean and they screw in like they should.

These are a nice quality pan head screw priced about in line with how much I would expect to pay at a local hardware store. But with the added convenience of a plastic case and shipped right to your door! The case was broken upon arrival, but it’s a fairly thin plastic case that isn’t very useful. They are roll formed thin threads, but get the job done without any major flaws or burrs. I would call this more of a button head screw, since the pan style is fairly pronounced.

These M2.5 pan head machine screws are made of 304 stainless steel, offering a consistent finish and decent corrosion resistance for indoor use. The 10mm length and Phillips drive are accurately sized, fitting standard tapped holes without stripping easily during manual installation. While the 50 piece count is accurate, the small plastic bag they arrive in can be difficult to reseal once opened. These work as expected for basic hardware repairs or hobbyist electronics, though the thread precision is standard rather than high end.

These screws were true to size and fit my application perfectly. No issues to report. Highly recommended!

Screws are stored in a plastic box that snaps shut. In total there were 20 pan (Phillips drive) head machine screws. (M5x0.8) Approximately 1 1/2 inches long (37mm). Overall quality appears good; I did not observe any thread burs or lack in construction quality. A thread checker gauge confirmed size and thread. These would be great for any project that may see dampness or moisture. The pan head design should provide extra holding power and create a solid connection that should last for years. Stainless products are not inexpensive, however I feel these are a good balance between quality and price.

These M5 screws are handy for around the house and garage DIY projects. This set is 55mm, or 2-3/16" long. They are fine treads. All of them have clean threads and properly cleaned ends, so good manufacturing quality. Nothing worse then getting a bolt that has a burred end and you can't start a nut. They are stainless steel which means they won't rust. The come in a plastic case that clicks closed so you wont have them spill all over the floor when you grab it off the shelf, which is very nice. This set is an average value. Screws are offered by many and are basically all the same as long as the threading and ends are clean so price is a big factor when it comes to value. There are less expensive options (at the time of this review).

Inspection of all of these screws found no flaws. They are all well formed and threads are clean. Testing with a magnet evidenced weak magnetism which is consistent with 304 stainless steel (aka 18-8). Cold formed 304 stainless can be expected to develop some magnetism. 304 stainless steel is strong and highly resistant to corrosion even in a marine environment. See picture next to a quarter for relative size (M4 X 25). The screws come in a nice little plastic case which I appreciate since they are metric and I want to keep them separate from my SAE machine screws. I have drills and taps for M4 threads so I'll probably use these in projects where I'm forming the threads myself.
